I am a true medium, but after reading previous reviews I decided to get the large/x-large and I am glad I did. It is maybe a touch on the large side, but it will probably shrink a little which will make it perfect. I can't wait to wear this when our little girl arrives!!!

I've looked EVERYWHERE for matching mommy and baby pajamas and these were the cutest ones I found and it's ORGANIC.
Even though I am currently 34 weeks pregnant, I am a petite small boned person. I definitely thought S/M would work, but it felt so tight on my ribcage (and I am carrying low!), it felt uncomfortable, unflattering because the fabric is thin, tight on my back and is a plugged duct waiting to happen. Even after I loose the belly, I knew once the organic cotton was washed and dried, it would feel even tighter, and I wanted it to be comfortable those first few days postpartum. I got the L/XL and it is HUGE!!! I can keep the pants on since it's drawstring, and the shirt will probably fit more snug after it's washed/dried, but at least the built in bra shelf won't hurt. The baby gown is also organic, and adorable sized for up to 10lbs but probably will be used past that weight limit. For what I've seen out there, it's the best thing I've found even though they should really make a true Medium or Large Size since the S/M feels extra small and the L/XL feels extra large

This product is disappointing for the price. It might be OK for about half the price. It comes with a matching infant outfit, so consider that when picking colors.

The nursing top is not the best design. It includes an inner bra with elastic band. The band is a bit tight for sleeping. Some women like sleeping bras for the extra support while nursing, but this doesn't provide any support, so it would have been better to just have a cross-over top with no elastic band. It's not a great fit and looks awkward.

The pants are very thin and are held up by a very thin ribbon drawstring. I had expected a bit of elastic or at least a substantial drawstring. This might be better for later nursing stages, but it's annoying with a pregnant belly to have saggy pants held up by such a little string. They're not all bad, but I would consider them only worth about $10 by themselves.

Two sizes are inadequate. This needs to have a separate size for XS, S, M, L, XL given the cut of the shirt.

I wish I had returned this set as soon as I got it. I got a Mamajama set for only $10 more that is much better.
