The rough tapes/ enclosures rubbed on my little ones umbillical cord, no matter how low I latched them. They fit way too big. Even with folding them down, they fit wrong. I will stick with Pampers, they are just right for me and my little one. Stay away from these, very disappointing.

My daughter was delivered via c-section at 32 weeks and 3 days and was only 4 lbs when she was born. In the NICU, they used these diapers and I'm sooo glad they did! Although we had to fold down the top because she was so tiny, they fit her well and were so soft. Plus, we never had a blowout or a leak (except for one time in the nicu when i forgot to fold out the flaps. New parent here!! :)) I bought 3 packages of these before we brought her home, and unfortunately we only used 2 of the packages. We moved on to size NB very shortly after she got home. I also love the wetness indicator! Very helpful so you don't have to use up more time to check your little one. Overall, I LOVE Huggies Little Swaddlers. Best diapers ever! And they're so cute on my little baby girl.

When I was induced at 36 weeks, I wasn't prepared at all. The hospital gave me a few packs of the huggies preemies, and I've had nothing but a hard time with them. My daughter cries when she gets in them, and they aren't very absorbent. Considering they were meant for preemie babies, they were absolutely huge on my 4 lb 11 oz baby, which caused them to leak more frequently.
The pampers worked much better until my tiny gpants arrived in the mail, which I would easily recommend over both brands of preemie sizes, if cloth diapering is something you are willing to try.

I have preemie twins so my choice was very slim for diapers. They used the Pampers Swadlers in the hospital [...]. They are no where near as good as the Pampers. We change our boys atleast every 3 hours around the clock and they didn't hold up.

I believe in changing my daughters the first time they pee so the diapers never leaked but they are only 3 months and i haven't been in a situation where i couldn't change them right a way. But so far my experience has been perfect!!!

OK, looking at another review on here, looks like I must be very specific. I feel very confident changing my newborn preemie boy's diaper before every feeding... breast feeding, so we are talking every two hours here... should be enough. Not counting poo ones that of course I change immediately. I would have to change this stupid diaper every 15 mins. In fact, I still don't think it would work. Not nearly as absorbent as it should be. Fits fine, but who cares? I had to put cut up pads in to use the whole package up. Ridiculous. Love Huggies, but hated these. Ended up having to use the competition until he was in size newborn.

My son was born at 33 weeks and weighted 4 pounds they used pampers in the NICU...My son didn't like them at all, once we got home I went and got the Huggies we are both happier with these diapers they are softer and fit much better.

My son was a 34 week preemie (4lbs 4.5oz at birth). Everyone rushed out and bought my these diapers since they were made for preemies. I really wished they didn't do that because I had such a horrible time with these. They leaked like crazy. There were many times that my son's clothes were soaked but his diaper was bone dry. I literally had to point his "thing" down in order for them to catch his pee. If they had the stretchy part that made the seal around him they would not have leaked. But since that part of the diaper is missing, they barely worked. I switched to Swaddlers Newborn and just folded them down a bit to fit my son and they worked much better.

Although, they might work better for a girl!

I used these diapers for both of my children because they are the only preemie diapers available at the stores where I live! This was about 4-5 years ago when I used them. I did not have any leak problems at all. I also have used pampers preemie and they do not fit as nicely. I would recommend you contact huggies if you have a problem they will send you a coupon!

These preemie diapers work much better for my boy/girl twins than Pampers. They have a shorter rise and can be stretched wide around for a snug fit around tiny baby tummies. My twins were 3lb 7oz and 4lbs and now weigh well over 4lbs and these diapers are working great for them. We like the softness of the Pampers, but prefer the fit of the Huggies. You have to try both to see which ones fit your baby.

This diaper was horrible. Every time my nefew peed it leaked and got all over whoever was holding him. Several times a day we have had to change his clothes. and wash his bedding. He gets changed 15 times a day, so obviously he is getting changed enough so it should not be leaking. (we go through a 30 pack in 2 days) It was also very big for a preemie diaper and did not fit well around his legs. We have went back to pampers swadlers.

We had frequent leaks with these diapers and would be changing our baby's clothes 3-5 times per day! At first they seemed to fit better than the Pampers Swaddlers, and we were encouraged by that, but after many leaks and clothing changes, we gave up on Huggies.

I got these diapers from a frined and I used they 4 times and she would be sitting on my lap and my pants would get wet. They are the worst diapers ever.

My hospital NICU used preemie Pampers that worked just great, but I got packages of preemie Huggies as gifts from family. And hey, why knock the freebies!? However... I almost wanted to throw these away, no joke. My poor little girl would have so many total blowouts and leaks that I got tired of doing laundry and cleaning up nasty poops that ran right down her legs. If you want to change your babies' diapers every hour, you might eliminate this, but SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, honestly.

For those who have said this product leaks, it simply does not work for every infant. I received many diapers from my baby shower. I was using Huggies gentle care on my infant and when i ran out i had no choice but to use different diapers. I used pampers swaddlers, luvs, and parents choice. They all leaked and gave him a horrible rash. I will not put anything else on my baby besides huggies.
