These are great when potty training your toddler. I like the design that fades when wet on the outside and also the cool sensation that the child feels if he pees in the diaper.
Easy to take off with the side velcro, my child can do it too.

My most hilarious visit via SKYPE with my grandson was his turning bottoms up to show his big boy pullups and his trying to show me how to play his game. What could be better than that, other than being in the same room with him.

            Encourages wetting!

Comments about Pull-Ups Mega Pack Cool Alert Boys - 2T-3T,3T-4T,4T-5T:

The "cool alert" encourages my son to pee in them because he wants to see the pictures disappear. And the "cool" temperature change does not bother him at all. Plus, there are blue dye snowflakes on the inside of the diaper. How many more chemicals can can they add to a diaper?! Not cool at all.

I don't usually write reviews, but these are adorable looking so I had to buy, I mean I have 3 GIRLS!!! They leaked awful, she would be sitting on my husbands lap pee and his pants would be wet! We would go on a car trip, get to the mall, go to get her out, wet clothes (NEW OUTFIT TIME)! So they are exactly that training pants, so if you are potting training and can treat them like cloth diapers, then they are great.. Otherwise buy the PAMPERS with DORA, she loves DORA, who cares if I am a princess lover, she loves DORA and they work awesome, NO LEAKS EVER!!! ( In the pampers that is.. )
P.S. I gave it 1 star for the cuteness!

The only reason I didn't give this just one star is because my toddler is able to pull them up and down himself, so in that respect they help prepare him for underwear. However, the 'cool' feature doesn't work. He pees in them all the time and either doesn't notice them getting cool, or it just doesn't bother him. If you want to buy these because you think your child is going to feel the cool, then run and tell you that he peed/has to go pee, then you'll be wasting your money. Also, whatever gel they use that's supposed to turn cool leaks out all the time, and is really hard to clean off. I'm not sure I love all that goo in such a sensitive area. I probably will not buy these anymore.

I buy these for my twin girls. They fit them really well, are easy to pull up and down and I really like the easy open sides. We have used a lot of these with no leaks or dye transfer or sides coming apart. My girls tell me almost every time they pee in these cool alert diapers. I tried several times to transfer to Huggies regular pullups to save money, but they would pee in them until the diaper looked like it would explode. So we are back to the cool alert. Not sure it is "cool" to the touch, but there seems to be some change in feeling that makes it work.

This product did not work on my son. He would not only wear it when it was wet, he would wear it til it was full and about to blow up! These diapers just aren't the "trick" I need to complete potty-training.

              Comments about Pull-Ups Cool Alert:

              I love these diapers.
              My son is 2 1/2.
I used to us the Pampers brand pull-ups, and my son would always scream when we would do changes and flinch even before I would take the diaper off because he knew that in a few seconds the elastic from the Pamper brand would snap in in the thigh! Needless to say, he loves the velcro sides.
My son loves the cool alert! He RUNS, and screams that he has to go pee-pee now! He always has hated being wet in his diapers, and now that there is this cool alert thing, he hates it even more! Has gotten him to go twice as much in the toilet vs in the pants, saving me even more money since I don't have to toss an unwetted diaper!
ONly complaint is that they are a little stiff. But Huggies always have been stiff. That is why I switch back to pampers when he was an infant.
Lesson learned: Pampers for infants, Huggies for Toddlers.
I personally have never experienced the ripped diapers on the sides, but my sister has. She still uses the Pull-Ups tho. Just return them. They will send you a new pack (or go back to the store, whichever). And I also never experienced the dye. Sounds like just a bad bunch, happens sometimes.
All in all I love the Pull-Ups and more importantly so does my son!

They are not worth your money my son hated the cool alert and stopped using the potty all together and wanted to go back to diapers! Leaked overnight and did not fit well at all not to mention the velcro sides came apart all of the time. I would recommend the White Cloud training pants they never leak and yes you have to tear apart but they dont come apart all on their own. Plus the fit is much much better. I will be using White Cloud training pants with my daughter and save a bundle and a whole lot of laundry. They fit much more like underwear than the Pullups brand does so they dont show under their clothes. Don't waste your money buy the generic brands and save a bundle!

I got these when the store was out of the Pampers Easy-Ups. I thought they may nudge my son (30 mos) towards potty readiness because of the cool alert. He didn't seem to care at all when he was wet or soiled - so much for being alerted! I cared a lot that they stained his legs blue, so heavily that with two whole extra wipes all the dye still didn't come off! Lots of unnecessary chemicals that can't be good for a kid, and they didn't seem to achieve their stated purpose. The sides also ripped too easily, sometimes while I was putting these on when my son was too squirmy. though at least they were reclosable.

This product was simply an extension of the diaper. My 3 1/2 year old still used it like a diaper and never felt the cool sensation. The product that fades will only work if you're actually looking at it! The product is cheaper in the stores but the convenience of "front door delivery" is great for someone who has a hard time getting out.
