These are the only pullups I've found big enough to fit my child. My child has sensitive skin, but I have to pile on the ointment before putting this pullup on. It's too bad because these fit great, and are pretty good at holding in liquid. About once a week we have to wear a different brand of pull up to give his poor buns a break from the harsh chemicals in the pullups or whatever is irritating his skin. He didn't have this problem with another brand we used for years but unfortunately the other brand just got too small. I would not recommend this to babies or infants, since they get rashes easily.

Work well, soft and comfortable. Wish they were decorated a little nicer, they're kind of a blah bluish design.
Prefer them over Pampers brand.

fit like underwear on my 40 pound boy. he seems very comfortable wearing them. they are very absorbant and never leak. but they are pricey. you get what you pay for I guess.

These work great for my son who has problems at night with wetting the bed. He doesn't mind wearing them and they fit him well and look sort of like underwear. I don't like that they smell after he has worn them and thrown them in the trash. That is my only complaint.
