Comments about Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child:

Highly recommended for anyone seeking guidance for a troubled sleeper! We received the book as a gift when our daughter was about 4-5 months old, and within a few days we were all sleeping soundly. We would have had a really tough time establishing solid sleep habits for our daughter without "Happy Sleep Habits"...truly helpful and practical! And it WORKED!

We've revisited these techniques over the last two years whenever our daughter hits a rough patch, and we still find it to be a huge help.

Comments about Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child:

I do not reccommend this book. Every child is different and his techniques do not apply to my child. I honestly do not understand how he can be so rude in his child raising techniques. This was absolutely a waste of my money and my time. I do not care about statistics in his studies.

Comments about Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child:

This book was given to me by a neighbor when I complained that my four month old son wasn't sleeping and therefore I wasn't sleeping. My husband and I read it and followed it pretty strictly and it worked like a miracle within about 3 days. Our son is now 15 months old and can put himself to sleep, take naps on schedule, and sleeps 12-13 hour nights pretty much all the time.

The technique can seem harsh to some parents so there are alternatives given.

There is a lot of material to read (can seem redundant and tedious) but it turns out to be especially helpful and reassuring to read while your baby is crying it out.

We really love this book and recommend it to everyone!
