A MUST for any family library

By Jane, RN, cancer researcher, and mom of 1+1 on the way!

I write this review not as a tree-hugging earth mama, but as a professional working mom who doesn't want to expose my kid to anything REALLY bad. I have to tell you, this book really is logical, matter-of-fact, and organized. Best of all, it is not preachy or overwhelming. You can walk away and change some simple things about your home, or you can make a radical change. The author makes you feel as if either approach would be reasonable. Definitely a must for the educated parent!!!

      Enlightening

By Maya, mom of 4 month old

A lot of this is common sense, but a lot of it has to do with rethinking the way we do certain things and what we bring into our homes. It's a fast, simple read that's broken down into 10 sections per chapter. It's filled with facts and statistics, not heresay. This is a book I'm planning on getting for all of my friends in the concieving stage of the game.
