As the temperatures dropped in the East Coast, I knew that I had to start putting a warmer layer on my 4 month old than just his PJs. We had a Halo Sleep sack for when he was first born, but we barely used it because it was so warm during the first few months of his life. I'm really glad we decided to buy another (bigger) one now that he's older.

It does a good job of providing warmth without overheating him, and the sizing makes sure he can't wiggle out/get stuck in an awkward or dangerous position. I was afraid he would hate having it on, but he loves it. He loves flipping around and squirming at night as a part of his self-soothing, and it gives him enough freedom to do it.

I'll be ordering a Large as soon as he grows out of this one!

this is perfect for my one-year-old. there is plenty of room at the bottom, with room to grow. it is soft and cozy but not too warm for summertime sleeping. the only issue is the zipper catches on the material sometimes. it's not that big of a deal, but felt it was worth noting. overall i would buy more of these for myself or an expecting friend.
