My son hates covers and this was a great solution.

This sleep sack is exactly what I needed for my 8 month old son who is the size of an 18 month old. He is able to crawl around freely, and sleep safely with no blankets.

We use during fall/winter/spring for bedtime. I'm glad that we could get a sleepsack with a pattern. Most of them in XL or for big kids are plain in color and boring. This one is cute and my child loves it.

I bought this for my son when we backpacked out to a cabin for a long weekend. We all had sleeping bags to sleep in, but he was too young for a sleeping bag. With warm footie jammies, this kept my son nice and warm- even when the fire went out in the woodstove.

I like this product overall, but it was very hard to choose the size to buy - and the large is HUGE on my average-sized 18 month old! He could not walk in it if he tried, too much hanging down. But we use it for bedtime, and he really doesn't have to walk in his crib, so we just use it like a large sleep sac. It will probably still fit next year, when he is in a bed and by then he will probably put his feet out and walk around as is the intended use.
