Gripe Water for Colic

works great my baby boy was so fussy wouldnt sleep at night and would take naps always wanted to be held i couldnt get anything done.. This helped him with in the first 10 minutes he took a 4 hour nap!

Great product. I was using Mylcan on my 5 week old girl but saw this when shopping. She has alot of gas, stomach pain, hiccups, and constipation. After trying to console her in everyway and nothing works, i know its her stomach. I give her the gripe water and within 10 minutes she is calm, not balling up kicking her little legs, and just is relaxed looking around, and usually passes out!!! You have to try this, it's amazing the difference in my little girl!!!

I haven't bought it here, but I had found it in our local grocery store. I love this product. It is thick so naturally I mixed it in my youngest son's formula so not to choke him. He has really bad colic but not anymore thanks to Gripe Water. I wish I had it for my oldest son. It's the Best Product Ever.

I was skeptical at first of this product but after reading many reviews I decided to purchase and try this....it works very well and my child is much happier than he was before we discovered this.....as a nurse I am confident when I use this with my new son!!

It's unfortunate that some Gripe Water was recalled, but it's unfair to give this a low rating when this brand was not recalled. My son had horrible hiccups in the womb and even worse after he was born. This stuff would cure them in seconds. The consistency is thinner than breast milk and he had no problem taking it cold at 2 weeks old. It's pricey though. I now make my own since it's very easy and way cheaper, but not everyone wants to do that.

A friend told me to use this because my 2 week old had gas bad. He couldn't sleep it was so bad. Gripe water saved our lives.

This product has been recalled within the last month. It was on our local news. I bought it and it didnt work.....go to find out a week later that it was actually worse.

I tried this with my son and it made him throw up. I used Colic Calm instead. It was a little pricey but it was the best colic medicine I have ever used. I worked instantly and was recommended by my nurse practitioner.

The product is Baby's Bliss Gripe Water, apple flavor, with a code of 26952V and expiration date of October 2008 (shown as "10/08" on the label), distributed by MOM Enterprises, Inc., of San Rafael, Calif. The FDA confirmed through laboratory analysis the presence of cryptosporidium after investigating the illness of a 6-week-old infant in Minnesota who consumed the product. Gripe water was the only thing that worked 98 percent of the time for my colicy son. It seemed to soothe his belly and help him to burp. He enjoyed the taste of it and I felt comfortable giving it to him nightly.

This makes my baby projectile vomit. The other brand doesn't.

Wow, this stuff is awesome, I highly recommend it. It calmed my daughter instantly. Trust me, try it you'll like it.

It has to be refrigerated once opened. I mixed it once with warm milk but my baby wouldn't drink the milk cuz of the ginger taste. I gave it to her another time from the dropper just out of the out of the fridge. It does work but it was so cold she got really upset. So now i've used it 3Xs and it's just in my fridge. Lable also indicates that it's best used within 6 months after bottle is opened.

A neighbor turned me onto this product and it is by far the best thing for babies with lots of gas and fussiness. I would recommend putting it in your baby's bottle though. It is kind of syrupy and sweet, so i can see how a small baby might have trouble swallowing it alone. My son gagged and started coughing when i gave it with the provided dropper. Scared the heck out of me! I now put it in his bottle at night or when he's fussy and it helps immediately! Love this stuff!!

Finally a product that works as well, if not better than it claims to! Love the fact that it is organic! This product helps ease the pain from gas and helps move bowels and stops my twins tears almost immediately! It is a miracle in a bottle! It works so well, I am purchasing a new bottle for our family and extra's as gifts. Gripe Water is a nursery MUST HAVE.
