Easy for my baby to hold. He loves to chew on it while teething. Keeps him occupied on the changing table. It is soft, which is great for when he swings it around and hits himself in the face. Note it is not a very good rattle--it hardly makes any noise.

Very small product. Holds up great in the washing machine. Good toy for newborns and infants. Its nice and soft and easy to hold.
