We couldn't figure out why our son's cloth diapers smelled like fish...until we did some investigating and found that most diaper rash creams have cod oil in them. The oil is really hard to get out of diapers, especially since we have well water and left the smell. Grandma El's has been perfect for the cloth diapers. It smells great, washes off of our hands easily and protects his skin.

My daughter, now 22 mo has never had a diaper rash! I use this product every night and a couple of times throughout the day on her. In the winter it's great on chapped lips and hands!! I won't use anythIng else. This is a staple I give at every baby shower! ;)

Product functions well with hydrated lanolin and petroleum based ingredients for moisture barrier purposes. Bottle says "most cloth diapers". I wouldn't use it without a liner on my cloth. Perhaps a bad batch, but mine smells unpleasantly sickly sweet.

This is the best diaper cream we've used by far and to top it off it is totally cloth diaper friendly. It washes out like a dream, keeps my little guy's skin in great condition, and smells nice too. What more could you ask for?

I use Grandma El's everyday on my daughter and in 16mo's of her life, she's never had a diaper rash!! I do change her every 2 hrs or so during the day. Over night, it protects her perfectly!!! I use it on my hands too, when the weather gets bitter cold, it helps with cracked dry hands :) I've used other brands, nothing compares to this! If she gets slightly red looking on her bottom, with in hours, it's all gone with Grandma Els.
