It took me about 45 minutes to completely set up all the components and assemble the pack and play. It took me that long because A. I started from the back of the book and worked forwards, just to be silly. B. because my two other chidren kept hiding the metal rods from me. LOL
It is a little heavy when its in its to-go bag. But oh well. I LOVE the newborn cradle. Everything is so soft and the design is almost like a Victorian theme. My little man isn't due til Feb 17th, but I'm getting everything ready now. Once the baby is in it, then I'll know exactly how useful everything is.
