We bought this product thinking it would work to hear our baby's heart about 5 months. But I'm now 8 months pregnant and can't hear the heart beat. If you hold it with more than one finger, you will end up hearing your own pulse. It simply doesn't do what it is supposed to.

Obviously, I did not expect the same quality of sound as you hear when you go to the OB but at least a faint sound would be good. Nothing nada. Don't waste your money on this.

I can hardly hear my own heart beat using this thing! I held it directly over my own heart just to see if it was working and could hear very faintly. Held on my stomach, only silence. I'm returning it.
