Got this for my granddaughter's 4th birthday...she is into dressing up & she loved this. The first thing she said when she opened it was "now I can be Tinkerbell"!
Comments about Garden Fairy w/ Wings:
I got this on sale at a very good price. At the time only the 6-8 was on sale so that is what I ordered for my almost 4 year old. Now of course the smaller size is on sale just a few days later! BUT, I think the 6-8 will be fine..it is extremely small looking to me. My daughter will be 4 in two months and she is taller than average but pretty slim.. just by eyeballing this dress I would think it was the size 4-6. I cannot see anyway a 7 or 8 year old would fit in it. It is short and very slim in the torso. It is made very well and I'm excited to give it to my daughter for Christmas. She is recently full blown into fairies and loves tinkerbell. This is much better construction than your typical Disney costume you find at local retailers. Very nice..I would definitely say bigger is the way to go..I often go a little bigger anyway to prevent damage when her friends of varying sizes dress up in her stuff. ALso, my daughter likes to put her dress up clothes on over her regular clothes, so the extra room is good.
