Comments about Seal 'N Go Breast Milk Storage Bags - 45 ct:

These bags are horrible! The bag is incredibly hard to open and when you defrost the milk, they leak all over! I resorted to putting them in a bowl when I was defrosting them in the fridge because I thought they were just leaking from the top, but I still had some leak in the bowl. Just like other reviewers, I recommend the Lansinoh bags. They are much better and cheaper!

Comments about Seal 'N Go Breast Milk Storage Bags - 45 ct:

The bags were not only a waste of money but of valuable breast milk. We filled bags, none beyond recommended volume and froze them, about 1 out of every three bags that we have tried to thaw have leaked from holes in the bag, the largest I've seen so far has been about a 1/2 inch long. Some of the bags that didn't leak left the milk with a odd scent that I didn't discover until smelling it when my daughter wouldn't eat it. I do not recommend them and if you read this don't waste your time trying these bags just buy the Lansinoh bags, you work to hard to make the milk to waste it like this.

These leak! Now that I am starting to use the milk I'd stored in these bags they are leaking all over the refrigerator. I thought it was a fluke the first two times I'd put the bag in the fridge overnight and found milk all over the place. But it just happened a 3rd time. These are terrible. After taking the time to pump and store breastmilk, it makes me upset and angry to have it go to waste. Do not buy these!! Lansinoh bags are so much better!

I bought a box because my favorite brand wasn't available at the store I was at, and I won't be buying any more of them. I even tried to give them to a friend who is also pumping, and she wouldn't take them! I dislike these bags because:
            1. I can't get pens to write on the label...have to use a sharpie.
            2. Whoever designed them must not understand how moms use them. There is a spot to write name and date, fine, but the other spot is "time". What?? It doesn't have a spot for "amount". Fine, I use the "time" spot to fill in the amount, but I just find it strage that the designer would do this. There are measurement lines on the bag, but maybe the designers don't understand that a)the milk expands in the freezer so those lines are meaningless and b)if you freeze them laying down flat, those lines mean nothing. Not something I would have expected from Gerber.
            3. My husband said it's hard to get the milk out without making a mess. He asked me to please switch back to our old brand!

I have been building up a supply of frozen milk in the freezer since my son was born. This morning, I discovered that ALL of the milk stored in Gerber bags had gone bad (the milk in the Lansinoh bags was fine). Some of them had leaked around the seal, others leaked when I defrosted them, some were still sealed. All of them were bad. We lost over 100 ounces of milk.

I do not recommend these bags. Flimsier than the Lansinoh bags. Difficult to write on. Difficult to pour into liners/bottles. I am aware that we can use these bags as liners, but these did not fit that the playtex 4 oz bottles.

Comments about Seal 'N Go Breast Milk Storage Bags - 45 ct:

I use storage bags to freeze breastmilk i pump while at work. Usually i lay the bags flat in the freezer to freeze because it makes storage easier. I never had any issues with Lansinoh (probably bc of the double zipper) but one of the Gerber bags leaked horribly AT the seal! (yes, it was sealed properly) I lost almost 5oz of pumped milk which is horribly upsetting when you try to breastfeed exclusively.

I will never stray from Lansinoh again, Gerber falls WAY short. I'm throwing out all of the Gerber bags i bought.

I bought these because they come in a bigger box than the Lanisoh so I thought it was a better value. The Lanisohs are better hands down. I haven't had a leak yet, but I expect one. The zipper is incredibly hard to open in the first place and I have wasted many a bag just trying to open it to put the milk in and ending up tearing the plastic. Stick with the Lanisohs

If you pump and use playtex drop-ins, don't waste your money on the adapter kit they sell. It's like [$]for enough for 2 bottles. These fit directly in the bottles and you get WAY more for your money. The measurements are off if you don't pull out the bottom so it's flat but that's about the only problem. They are great.

These bags leaks, I think 50% of them leaked for me. Maybe because I froze the bags. But I thought that's what they are meant for. They are also very thin. Lanshino bags are less expensive, thicker and doesn't leak!

This is a great bag for the price- I don't think I'd buy a more expensive one. no reason to. The only thing is that the measuring lines on the bags are never accurate when you pour the milk in. I just go by what my bottle says and write it on the bag. I don't think that any bags are accurate though- if you use that alone to measure the amount of milk.

I had been using the Lansinoh bags but bought these because they were cheaper; now I know why. They seem much flimsier than the Lansinoh bags and it's hard to tell if they are securely sealed. I've almost ripped the bags several times just trying to tear off the perforated tabs. That being said, I haven't had any leaks, but I think I will stick with the Lansinoh bags in the future.

These bags are difficult to pour from, which makes a mess. They are also hard to write on. Also there is only one ziploc closure instead of two, which makes me nervous although I didn't have any leak. I won't be buying anymore of this brand.
