My son is 20 months old and we have been using these for at least the past 6 months. He loves them! Great for out to eat and on the go or at home when we're short on time! I always make sure I have a couple in my bag for grocery store trips especially. As far as when to start them depends on the child. I tried one at 11 months and he squeezed it everywhere. I didn't try again until around 14 months and he did great with it.

My twin boys love these! They are quick, not messy and an easy way to get veggies and fruits. My boys love all the the different flavors, but their favorite is the apple/sweet potato. They are great to give during meals, but also a great snack on the go.
