These covers fit my 6.0 lb baby very well and we'll be using them for a few months before she grows out of them. At first I used the small cloth inserts, but they leaked almost every single time. Guess I should have read the company's webpage more closely because it recommends the biodegradable refills for these. We've had no leaks since switching over to the refills.

I really loves these for my 6lb 9oz newborn. I'm using them with the disposable inserts & it's been excellent. The couple blow outs we've had were completely contained within this diaper. The disposable sometimes gets out of place on the sides & gets the inside liner dirty but that's part of the territory. I bought these in the newborn bundle pack which is a great deal bc if you do the math, your getting all of these newborn size diapers for free. My baby is 9 days old now & we tried 1 night to use a disposable I was given & it leaked out all over her blanket & sheets. I highly recommend for newborns her size. Well get at least 3 weeks out of them. We all tried a gDiaper cloth insert which didn't work at all. Thinking they might only be good as doubles in the larger diapers.

My baby was born at 5lbs 10oz and 18in. She was in premie clothes for the first two weeks and these diapers even put on ad loose as they could go cut into her legs really bad, We had to stop using them becase of it.

We were very happy with these diapers. This is my first experience with cloth diapers. Our little one was born 5 weeks early (4lbs. 6oz), and we were able to use these diapers almost immediately. We only used them until he was about 8lbs... maybe a little more, so I would wait to buy these until you really think you may need them. They delivered within 2 days so if you have a little one and find you need them, order them, if not, don't. The diapers started to leak more and more as he got older, which was an indication to switch to the smalls. We do have to change him more often than you would a disposable, but that is just the nature of cloth (it's also probably the reason he has never yet had diaper rash). We are in the Mediums now... will probably never switch!

These diapers were awesome for my newborn - born 7lb. They fit her great until pretty much exactly 10lb, when we moved her into the small gs. Had no problem with leaks, but did have to rinse them out almost each use (since newborns seem to poo at every change!) Used with the disposable inserts - but they'd fit pre-folds or the gcloths.

My only bummer with the gdiaper system is how fast you have to upgrade to the next size, which requires a 3-part system. I've since changed to the GroVia system so they grow with her. But those ones don't fit newborns, so these are still a great option for small babies.

We love the small G diapers,but the tiny's are not up to par! The material is plasticy and rubbed a nasty scab/rash in the inner thighs of our newborn baby. Buy the bundle w/out the tiny's the material of the small's is a dream in comparison!!!

These diapers were a mistake and unusable for my baby born 8lbs 11oz and 21.5 inches. The snap down did not snap down low enough and rubbed his umbilical stump, he leaked out of them everywhere!

I'm saving them on the rare chance that my next baby is smaller. :P

However, I am SO pleased. When his belly button healed up I put him in the smalls and LOVE them! Now at 8weeks he is 13lbs and just about to move into his mediums already. I love Gdiapers, just make sure if you order tiny G's, that your newborn actually IS tiny.

My daughter was born at 6lb 0oz and 18" long. These diapers are great except they are too big for us to use. I did use them once thinking it looked like they fit ok but was disappointed when they leaked because the insert wasn't anywhere close to her body. I did like the design of them and how they snap lower in front to protect their belly buttons. My daughter is using Premie sized diapers for now but we can't wait until these fit so we can try them again.

Just wait until they are in the smalls. Gdiapers are great! I loved the smalls and she is in mediums now. I plan on using them again with our next child. But I wouldn't do the tiny g's again. I was frustrated by constantly washing the tiny covers. I wish they had a removable liner like the others. Instead they were always wet when I needed them and only fit for a couple weeks.

I used the tiny gDiapers for my preemie-sized baby boy from about 6 weeks to about 13 weeks. I found them very easy to use, and they got my husband used to the idea of cloth diapers. I definitely loved having 12 tiny gDiapers. It was very useful and convenient to have so many covers on hand.

I did have two problems however, which is why I only gave them 4 stars:

I used the tiny gDiaper covers with preemie-sized cotton prefold diapers as inserts and found that they leaked where the velcro is sewed to the cover if left too long between changes (if left more than 2 hours). I did NOT have this problem however, when I used the biodegradable gRefills. The gRefills seemed to be more absorbent than the cotton prefolds. I did not have any experience using the gCloth inserts.

I also found that because the covers are white, they stain very easily, but soaking and washing with borax helped control that problem.

I think these are very cute diapers and I look forward to using them for future children, but I will have to figure out how to control the leaks.

I really wanted to like these and I do to an extent but I find that at every diaper change I'm having to wash the cover if it's a poop diaper. It doesn't matter whether I use the disposable insert or the gcloth insert, the mess usually leaks off the insert and onto the cover. I'm hoping that the gpants will work a little better than these.

I used these diapers for my son when he was born and they are so much better than the disposable diapers. Great for sensitive babies. The front of the diaper snaps down for the umbilical cord. The sides are very stretchy with very strong velcro. There is no way your baby will wiggle out of this diaper. we had almost no "blow outs" with these diapers as apposed to the disposables. They also look super cute. We used both flushie and cloth with these and loved it. My husband had no problem learning how to use these.

This is without question, the best newborn diaper you can buy. We bought and tried several other popular brands of newborn diapers. They were either too big, too bulky or just downright uncomfortable for our baby. The Tiny g's are in a class of their own! They are the only newborn diaper I tried that truly fit newborns. When they say it will fit 6-10 lbs, they mean it. No bunching or gaps. The slim closure tabs are fabulous for little legs that curl up a lot. The front of the diaper snaps down, to give the bellybutton time to heal without being irritated. The liner/diaper is one piece making it super quick to change and clean. I LOVED our tiny g's. gDiapers has really hit the mark with this one. If you can't decide on a newborn dipe, go with these. You won't be let down!!

Love these diapers... great for a newborn. Use the disposable BIODEGRADABLE and FLUSHABLE inserts while your newborn has Meconium... then you ca use Cloth or flushies!
