The newly reformulated gDiapers wipes are very disappointing. The ingredients are not as good as the old formulation and like others have stated, just doesn't work as well. In the meantime, I've switched to Water Wipes from DermaH20 and they are much gentler on my baby and I don't have to worry about weird ingredients.

I'm so sad Gdiapers decided to change their wipes. These were the best wipes out there the first time I ordered the case (the wipes came in green packaging), but between then and when we ordered the second case, Gdiapers had totally changed this product. The new wipes come in purple packaging, and they smell terrible now, they're drier, and the wipe itself is smaller and the fabric is different. Thank goodness for diapers.com customer service (which is fantastic!) otherwise we'd be stuck with a case full of wipes that we'd never use. Now we're on the hunt for something to replace these wipes. Just overall very disappointed in these wipes. Gdiapers had a great product and they ruined it!

I ordered an individual pack of 70 ct of gWipes and loved them. They come out easily from the pack and they are quilted and large so I only need a couple to wipe up a messy butt. However, when I ordered them in bulk 640 ct. I received a different version of gWipes. They came in a purple package, did not pop out of the pack like the others, were smaller and were not quilted. I am sending them back. I'm guessing diapers.com is trying to get rid of old stock so is selling them in bulk, but I was disappointed. They are expensive wipes so buying them individually is too expensive. Need to find the new formulation in bulk. I think gDiapers site has them.

i've tried all the natural wipes and found the following problems: the wipes are too wet, leaving baby's bum soaking and rash prone. Wipes come out of the package in clumps, which is frustrating in the moment and wasteful. Wipes stink! not a deal breaker but a negative for sure. Wipes claim to be natural but contain chlorine, EDTA, sulfates, or something else i don't want on my baby's body. If i don't feel comfortable putting it in their mouth, i won't put it on their body.

These wipes win the natural wipe contest! tough, just the right amount of wetness, great ingredients, they come out smoothly and they are safe and natural. LOVE LOVE LOVE - worth the extra $$$!

Yes, they cost more. But:
-They are perfect for whatever mess you are cleaning up on whatever body part is messy; they have a nice texture and moisture for "stickier" situations without leaving suds on your baby.
-No weird smell, chemical or otherwise... in fact, very little smell at all.
-They don't require a special dispenser- this may seem like a small thing, but as a notoriously disorganized mom I love that I can grab a new pack, open the (resealable) tab, and get right to work.
-Some people complain that they are hard to get out of the pack- I don't really find that to be a problem. In fact, many other brands I've used that are "threaded" are easier to get out but then don't always separate, creating a string of wipes that require an extra hand to separate. (In fact, my biggest wipe-related problem is how easily my baby gets into them and starts 'dispensing' them all over the house.)
-No guilt. Fewer wipes to get the job done and I love knowing they won't sit in a landfill until the end of time.

I've tried many chlorine free wipes. These are by far the moistest and easiest to take out of the package. They have a mild, natural scent and I've never had a problem with rashes on my baby. They get the job done without having to use a ton of them and they stay moist!

I've used these since my son was born 9.5 months ago, and they are fantastic. They are both strong and gentle on my baby's bottom. At one point, I thought I'd try a less expensive brand (Seventh Generation). I'm so sorry I did. I quickly learned how amazing the gWipes actually are. It only takes 1-2 to clean up a messy diaper compared to the 7 I used with Seventh Gen. Also, my son has never developed a rash with the gWipes, whereas he did with the Seventh Gen. Bottom line, you pay for what you get. All in all, I think I actually save money with the gWipes because they work so well!

I have tried just about every wipe out there. I am a mom of 4 so we go through a lot of wipes. I have been using the Elements naturals wipes for over 2 years and they were by far my favorite. Recently they redesigned their wipe to save money and I began the search again for an all natural wipe. GDiapers by far is the best wipe I have ever tried. It is well worth the extra money. We are using less wipes than we were before and my husband loves that they thread through the containers. I use half the wipes for the same amount of mess and I will only be using these wipes from now on!

We use these wipes when we're not at home since at home our wipes are the washable soft bamboo towelettes. I really like that these wipes are multipurpose with no chemicals or fragrance and they're biodegradable, so it's environmentally friendly (we don't want to make our footprint bigger). We use these not only for the messy diaper changes, but also to clean hands & faces, toys & paci's, surfaces before & after my son touches/plays. My only complaint (if that's what it is) is that there is no rhyme or reason to the way the wipes are folded in the container. Sometimes when you pull one, the next one is conveniently ready to use, but other times, I have to peel the top wipe off the stack. Annoying, but I pick my battles & continue to buy these in bulk!

These wipes are thinner than some but have a good texture for cleaning big messes and get the job done just fine. They tend to separate a little too easily so that you hAve to dig for a new one sometimes, but that is way less trouble than the kind that stick together and require two hands to get one out of the package. The package itself is great- no need for a plastic dispenser and great for travel. No strong odor and they haven't bothered my baby's sensitive skin. Love having a more Eco-friendly wipe option. Worth the extra cost.

We are a huge fan of the G diapers and ordered the wipes even after a few reviews of the wipes not dispensing easily. Those reviews were correct but we continued to use the wipes because we loved knowing that there are no chemicals or dyes in them. I believe it was this past summer (2011) that these wipes were not available for a few months. Once we were able to order them again, we did and they have changed. The wipes are more moist and also threaded, so you get more than one at a time. Great job! We loved them from the start but are really thrilled about the new improvements.

I bought only one small package of these to try them out after reading some of the reviews. And I have to say these are awesome! I don't know why anyone said that they don't separate well. They are just as good separating as any of the major brands. They are thick and textured which I love and have a light citrus scent. I love that I can clean my daughter's face or pacifer with these as well. Plus they are great for the environment! A few extra bucks is well worth it. I love the gdiaper brand!

I have been using these wipes for 2 months now with the cloth Gdiaper system. Love them! They are so soft & large. The majority of the time, I only need 1 wipe to clean my little guy's bottom. They are very moist & I have had no problems with the threading of the wipes as I read in other reviews. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't come with a plastic container to keep the wipes in. Best wipes on the market in my opinion!!

I ordered these because I have been so happy with every gdiaper product I've used so far and I am not disappointed. These are great! Unlike every wipe I've used before, these are a nice thickness and quilted all over, they're very easy to get out of the dispenser since they're not all stuck together, they're not over-saturated, and they are almost odor-free.

After using several cheaper brands of wipes, I'm glad I gave these a try. They are most definitely worth the extra money.
