The 'g' stands for genuine, green, global, gentle, grassroots, groovy ...

gDiapers is a family-centered, socially responsible company that believes business and family can go together better. We love babies and we love the planet, which is why founders, Jason and Kim Graham-Nye started a diaper company that is gentle on both. They're from Australia and call it Fair Dinkum. Simply put, it means being genuine. Stop by and say hi sometime, www.gdiapers.com.

        • Imported
        • 100% Nylon

      • Fair Dinkum is an Australian expression that means being genuine and real with everyone you encounter. Well put. That is our philosophy toward our business, our people and the planet. gDiapers is also about children. We are a diaper company, after all. We love our kids, our employees' kids and of course, your kids. We love the planet too, which is why we started a company that is sensitive to the Earth. Because thatÆs what all our children will inherit. If there's one thing we understand, it is that their needs don't wait until the end of the workday. Up until the Industrial Revolution came along and separated parents and children, families always worked together. So, we encourage our working parents to bring their kids to work. We have an on-site child development center. If mom needs to nurse or wants some playtime with her baby, gDiapers is set up to accommodate her needs. If a child is sick, by all means, go home. We hope everyone feels better soon. If dad wants to see Jr. in the school talent show in the middle of the day, he has our blessing. In fact, we may come with him. As a socially responsible company, we make sure all of our stakeholders are respected and treated fairly as well. We ensure that the people who make our little gPants are treated fairly and working conditions are constantly being improved. We care about everyone involved in our business. From the folks in Asia to Portland, Oregon and everywhere in between. Well, that's it in a nutshell. People, planet, profit = fair dinkum.

        Comments about Snap-in Liners 6ct:

If you have gdiapers it is a must have to have more than one liner for each pant. The pants rarely gets soiled, but I always change the liner every night and may go on to use the pants for another day if it is fine. You also want to change the liner if there is poop. Some people change liner very change, I don't feel that is necessary. Love our g's! So good for planet and so good for baby:)

        Comments about Snap-in Liners 6ct:

These pouches are great for keeping in the mess and from having any leaks. While they stain pretty easy, even with chlorine-free bleach, they never hold any odors. They receive 5 stars for performance. However, these pouches receive 1 star for fit. The snaps are poorly placed and the leg elastic seem to "strangle" my daughter's legs. I've been using the system for 8 months and now my daughter has constant sore spots where the snaps rub on her hips and red marks on her thighs.

I am exploring other options, but no other have matched the insert absorbency, ease of use, no odor issues and comfort fit of the gPants.

Comments about gDiapers Snap-in Liners 6ct:

I like the gDiaper system for two main reasons: 1) my daughter has never had a blow-out in gDiapers and 2) gDiapers are much lower-profile than other cloth diapers. The one physical downside to the gDiaper system is the plastic snap-in liners, which caused redness in the diaper area the first few uses, even with plenty of washing. Because of this, I haven't used the gDiapers overnight and prefer the Flip system for overnight. However, the snap-in liners are great for conserving the gPant for further use...I rarely have seen solids leak onto the gPant from the snap-in liner, so I just unsnap the soiled liner, snap in a new liner, and I can re-use the gPant all day (other systems also claim that you can re-use the cover, but solids inevitably get on the cover so they never last as long).

I don't recommend gDiapers. They appear to be very conventional and convienient but my daughter leaks out of them. The snap in liners smell like urine no matter how many times I wash them. They stain easily. Not impressed for how much these end up costing you.

We had many diaper blowouts with messy onesies until we started using the gDiapers. Now they are few and far between. The liners seem to get the brunt of the mess, usually keeping the gDiaper itself clean. While they are easy to clean, I find it easier to have the 6 extra liners for bigger messes. They are machine washable, I throw them in with the rest of the baby laundry.

These are a great money saver for stay at home moms, which is why I still use them. But they really need a larger size. My 17 month old and my 4 month old are both wearing the largest size, and I have to be extremely careful when putting them on both the boys so I don't pinch the skin at the top on their thighs.
They seem to be a little cheaper construction now, the fabric around the snaps disintegrates, but the elastic only lasts 2 months anyways.

I use gDiapers with disposable inserts at night and on the go and use other cloth diapers at home during the day. The gDiapers are really convenient, and it's great that I can buy these extra liners so I don't have to wash the gPants every time my daughter poops. I've been using them regularly overnight for the last two months and haven't had any problems with leaks or staining. Love them!

My husband and I got these just as additional refills for our newborn's little g pants. The diapers worked great we just found that sometimes only the liners need to be washed - without additions liners the whole diaper was unavailable.

Comments about Small Snap-in Liners 6ct.:

Definitely worth picking up an extra box or two of the liners since you don't always need to wash the little pants but the liners usually need to be washed after a soiled diaper. Six extra liners makes a huge difference and it's totally easy to throw them in the wash with some bleach and be done with it! Now I'm not praying it's only a wet diaper when I get low. We have a 6 week old son and cycle through 10 gPants and 16 liners. More of both would be great but that's a minimum I can live with.

                                  Comments about Snap-in Liners 6ct:

These snap-in liners are a stroke of genius! They make those big messes easier to deal with at changing time. We've been using ours for 5 months, now and haven't lost a single snap. The tab the snap is attached to can fray (a few of ours have) but so far this hasn't caused any issues.
                                  Two quick things:
1 - These can stain. We didn't have issues with this until our new baby came along. For some reason, new baby mess will stain these liners. We haven't had issues with staining on our toddler's liners.
2 - I'd love to see a larger size in the snap-in liners, too. They only offer them in two sizes: S and M/L/XL. The larger size works fine, but there's not a lot of room to stuff extras in the liner when your toddler gets big enough for the XL gPant. An XL in the liner for some added stuffing room would be nice!

                                    Comments about Snap-in Liners 6ct:

I got the new baby bundle and a package of 6 liners so that if the liner got soiled, it can be snapped out and replaced without having to wash the outside cloth gpants. It works great! One thing we learned from using these and then talking to Gdiapers customer service is that the old version of the liner (made with a grey/clear edge around the leg gussets) falls apart faster and cracks, causing leaks after about 6 months of use, even when washed and cared for properly. Not very impressive. However, Gdiapers did remedy this problem and has a NEW VERSION of liners, now made with a solid white stretchy material and these last MUCH longer. Our old ones cracked and started leaking at around 6 months of use, while the new ones (which came out in mid 2010) are still going strong and looking great! The new ones fit better, don't stretch out like the old ones did and don't crack or leak (unless there is a fit issue) so I am very happy. I'd recommend Gdiapers to anyone looking to cloth diaper. We've been using them for 9 months and LOVE them. They even work great at night! Our baby is in mediums now so we put a med/lg gcloth in with a small gcloth folded in half in the front (for a boy) and it lasts 12 hours with NO LEAKS! And believe me, this kid nurses at night and pees a ton and still no leaks! During the day we use just a single med/lg gcloth and it lasts about 2-3 hours before he needs a change. These diapers are great! I couldn't be happier. Our little guy has only had one mild diaper rash (caused by the rotavirus vaccine) at 5 months and none before or since. I feel good as a mom, knowing he isn't sitting in a chemical-filled disposable (we only use gcloth) and I love knowing we aren't filling landfills with diapers. I also love all the money we've saved! I own 12 xs, 9 smalls, 11 mediums and 8 large, plus 38 small gcloths and 32 med/lg gcloths for a total of $800 (and I totally went crazy... you could spend far less and have more than enough diapers to use) which covers us till potty training! Disposables would cost at least double that using the very cheapest disposables and I can re-use all of ours on our next little one. You can't do that with disposables! ;) The best part is that these diapers work really well and they are super cute to boot! We love gdiapers. P.S. gdiapers make great re-usable swim diapers, too!
