      • gDiapers Cloth Inserts

A reusable cloth option to use inside gPants diaper covers. Available in small and med/large/xl. Includes 6 cloth inserts.

        use, wash, repeat.

gDiapers Cloth inserts are a fresh change to cloth diapering. There's no folding, no pins, no pinching plastic pants. Instead, it's a simple cloth insert made from 4 layers of thirsty fabrics. 2 layers of baby-soft microfleece draw moisture away from baby's bottom, and 2 layers of hemp/cotton trap the wetness, so baby stays dry. Trim fit. No fuss.

gDiapers Cloth inserts tuck inside gPants. They come in two size options: small fits the small gPants, medium/large/xl fit medium, large and extra large gPants (sold separately). Keep biodegradable* disposable inserts on hand for doubling up at night or for when you need the convenience of a disposable option.

        * Disposable inserts are biodegradable in home composts per ASTM standards by a third party independent lab (wet ones only please). Nothing truly biodegrades in a landfill. But gDiapers gives you options for disposal. Flush, compost or toss. The choice is yours.

        care and contents.

2 layers polyester microfleece, 2 layers hemp/cotton. For initial prep wash 3x on hot, no detergent, drying in between. For regular care, machine wash warm or hot with a small amount of cloth-safe detergent. Avoid using barrier creams with cloth inserts. Avoid added enzymes, whiteners, or fabric softeners. Simplicity is best. Machine or line dry.

        100% ecodorable. (cute and biodegradable*)

Reduce baby's footprint from day one with 100% biodegradable* disposable inserts that go easy on the planet. Disposable inserts tuck inside colorful diaper covers called gPants. gPants are breathable, so babies are less likely to get diaper rash. Happy baby. Happy planet.

Comments about gDiapers Cloth Inserts 6-Pack - Sizes:

These are awesome! Easy to change out, absorbent. I like that you do not have to change the whole diaper, and you can keep going until there is something on the cover. The diaper look pretty trim with them in it. However they do not absorb as much as other cloth since they are trimmer, but I'm sure they would be fine if you double up for night time. Love our g's!!

Comments about Cloth Inserts 6-Pack - Sizes:

I bought the small gcloth to use with the tiny and small gpants. They work great in the tinies, we have not moved up to the smalls yet. The only down fall to these, as I believe with any insert for a breast fed baby is that a few of them have come out of the wash slightly stained. However, just an hour or so in the sun has brought the stains right out of them without a problem!

I tried tried a few other brands of cloth diapers and felt they were all too bulky. I love the way these fit. I've had no problem with leaks or blow outs with regular changings.

We just started with gDiapers this week. I wanted the cloth inserts to conserve on the trash. They are super-soft and they really do get softer with each wash. They're also crazy absorbant. I have some complaints about the outer shell of the gDiaper but no complaints about the insert - love them! Even considering buying them to use for other things!

So I used these in the newborn size gdiapers and maybe I'm doing something wrong, but they are totally useless. Somehow the liquid just goes right through. I washed them three times as I was supposed to, but they don't absorb well at all. Also, my baby is quite small--I can't believe they'd work for a toddler.
Perhaps they won't leak in the small size diapers because the plastic and cloth layers are separate. I will try them when my baby is bigger.

We love our gDiapers and we use the gCloths during the day for our babies. We do have some trouble with the insert bunching up when our son started walking and this causing some leaks. It was just a matter of use watching the "how to" video and learning how to get it fit just right. gDiapers also makes a gRefill that works perfect for this issue and also holds much more than the gCloth. We use them together and put the gCloth on top so that the gCloth is against their skin and we dont have to change as often.

Ok, so I love the gDiaper system. We cloth diaper with some all-in-ones and some gDiapers and I wanted a cloth alternative to the disposable gDiaper inserts so I ordered the gCloth inserts. Unfortunately, they leak every single time my son wears them. I know it is not a fit issue because we never have leaks using the disposable inserts. My advice for a cloth insert is to use a simple cloth pre fold. They have worked great for us; no leaks!

I was given some used little gPants from a friend to see if I would like cloth diapering. So far I have found gDiapers to work really well, with no blowouts to speak of in the week we've been using them on my 12 wk old, exclusively breast fed baby girl. I like the functionality however I wish they were a little less bulky! I think the absorbency of the gCloth is good, and it only requires three washes to prep, which is nice compared to my Charlie Bananas, which recommends 4-6 washes. I have found that the elastic around the legs on the gPants relaxes quite a bit with use, but like I said these diapers were hand-me-downs.

All around great cloth diapers for around the house.

These inserts are soft, but they're difficult to clean. They take a long time to dry -- I typically run them through the dryer and then hang them up to finish drying. They're not absorbent enough for overnight -- they have to be doubled up, or they leak (for a toddler anyway). Doubled up they are very bulky.
The inserts also tend to bunch up in the diaper, and don't stay in place well. OK for pee, but a big mess for the rest.
Not a huge fan of the gDiaper system overall, although I like that there are flushable inserts.

My daughter is 4 months old and just starting to weigh enough to fit the med size gdiaper. we use them on days that we stay home. Though they are a lot bigger or bulkier then paper diapers, they work great. No leaks so far (knock on wood) and its nice to not be sending one more disposable diaper to the dump. Not to mention its cost free, once you make the initial purchase.

I love the gDiaper inserts. They are so convenient and easy to use. I just throw them in the wash with everything else every 3-4 days. They are absorbent and very soft on babies skin. I was a little skeptical at first about cloth diapering, but gDiapers make it so easy. I decided to switch to cloth diapers because my son was having trouble with diaper rashes and he would always have blowouts and leaks with the disposable diapers. Now that we are using the gDiapers his rash is gone and he hasn't had a single blowout. The only problem we've had is with slight leaking at night because he is a heavy wetter. Other than that, these are a great product, and I would highly recommend gDiapers to anyone.

The instructions recommend washing/drying 3 times prior to use to obtain full absorbency which I did and they are VERY absorbent. I wish they stayed flat in the gDiapers. They seem to bunch in between my 8 month olds legs causing no problems with leaking but is she poops it always gets on the snap in insert (not a problem, just a little extra work). The fleece side (which goes against the skin) is so soft, I'm hoping they hold up after many washes!

Comments about gDiapers Cloth Inserts 6-Pack - Sizes:

The gCloth inserts are perfect to use with gDiapers, but they aren't quite as versatile as the Flip Inserts. Flip Inserts come in one size but can easily be folded into small, medium, or large, while the gCloth inserts come in two totally different sizes. I only use the gCloth inserts with my gDiapers, but I use my Flip inserts with my Flip, Thirsties, and Econobum diaper covers. I guess I wouldn't recommend using Flip inserts with gDiapers because Flip inserts are more bulky, but gCloth inserts are definitely gDiaper-specific. They absorb well and are easy to use though!
