          I love these vitamins they are the only ones that do not make you feel sick. I also usually have a problem w/ other brands giving me diarrhea because of artificial stool softeners and these do not. Absolutely great while breastfeeding. I only gave it four stars because I would like it if they had more calcium. I just take calcium on the side.

            The product is good, but to get the recommended vitamins and minerals you have to take 3 a day. The 30 capsules are on good for a third of the month! Buyer beware!

                The great thing about this product is that there is no wheat, soy, dairy or glycerin. It is organic and there are no preservatives. For people who have sensitive immune systems, food or environmental allergies, Celiac's disease, and even osteopenia... I found this to be very helpful. I had bone and finger nail thinning. There is a noticable difference at 3 months and I'm really glad I found this product. Caution though: This product does contain brewers yeast. But I am much more comfortable than I've been in years switching to this product.

                Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
