I'm not a usual yoga person, but with the extreme heat it has been difficult to exercise through my pregnancy. This video was just enough for me to keep up with stretching and flexibility that I wanted during my pregnancy.

The product is well made and nicely done. My complaint, it was just too easy. I've done yoga before and this one was just too babied down. Even in my third trimester I was doing the moves made for the first trimester without any problem. Other than being relaxing I didn't really experience any fitness or added benefits that I was expecting. If you want a program that will help you stay active and fit look elsewhere. If you want something to get you relaxed for a good nap this is for you!

I used this son the entire time I was pregnant with my son and I will use it again with this baby! I love how it has 3 people for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester workouts so you know what to do. It helps with childbirth and makes me feel so good afterwords. If you love yoga, or if you have never even done it this is for you!

I'm not a yoga-type person. When I was pregnant with my third child, I decided to buy this DVD. I wish I had it with my first two! It's so relaxing and demonstrates using it in the 1st/2nd/3rd trimesters. I kept up with it my entire pregnancy. I still use it, because it relaxes me so much. Pregnant or not, buy it!
