Great trays! I We bought one set to test them out…bought a second set shortly after because we were so happy with them. Helps keeps our freezer organized as we wait for the baby food to freeze.

It's easy to get the frozen cubes out. If there is ever a battle with getting the cubes out - we just flip the tray upside down and run hot water on the tray for a few seconds to get the cubes to release..

Haven't had an issue with the tray's absorbing any smells in the last 4 months and we have used them on a very wide variety of foods.

I love that this is safe for my child and is easy to store. I would suggest getting a minimum of four trays. When I make baby food I always have more food then can fit in two trays

I enjoy using this product, I first used it for breastmilk and now for baby food. I put both parts in the top rack of the dishwasher and they were no worse for the wear. I am certain that they aren't 1oz portions, but that's ok too because I can mix foods. One cube of banana and one peach... baby loves it!

These trays work great! I use the Beaba Babycook to steam and puree a food then easily pour it into these cubes. I have found that making rounded tops in each cube results in exactly 1 ounce (2Tb)and the lids fit perfect. Veggies freeze well overnight and pop out of the tray with some simple twisting the next day. I then store food in a ziplock. I have only handwashed this item.

These were the first food freezing product I bought and I didn't use them much because I thought it was a pain to bother with such small portions (the cubes only really hold 1 tablespoon of food, which is only 0.5 oz … you can fit a tiny bit more in, but not without risking the food spilling into adjacent cubes. The 4 star (instead of 5 star) rating is only because the product is described as making 1 oz portions when this is clearly not true. If the description weren't a lie, I'd give it 5 stars.) I've ended up thinking that the small portions are really fabulous, though. For one thing, the smaller cubes thaw much faster than a larger serving size. But another advantage is that you can really easily mix and match different foods to make practically any meal you want. It even makes it easy for my husband to toss a meal together, even if he did end up serving our daughter oatmeal and onions for breakfast one morning … I guess he hadn't had his coffee yet and wasn't able to read the baggie labels :)I've noticed a few reviews (here and on [...]) that complain about the lids not working well. I've had a bit of a problem with a few of my trays, but all I've had to do is to run very hot water over the lid and then put the lid on its tray and manually massage the lid into a tight fit (by pressing the outer edges of the lid into the tray). I haven't had to repeat this process and actually have more of a problem with the lids being too hard to get on (i.e. they're too tight!).Anyway, I ended up trying a few other freezing/storage systems before realizing these really were the most convenient and the easiest to clean of all the set ups I tried. I like these so much that I ended up getting 4 sets so I can cook in larger quantities. Since these stack so nicely, the end up taking up very little storage space (unlike the other systems I tried, which seem to take up more space and get very cluttered).

I puree my baby's food in the processor, then I transfer the food to these trays. They are easy to use, easy to clean, and fit great in the freezer. They are BPA free too!

I love these to freeze my food with the BeaBa cook. I like them better then BeaBa cook round freezer items - these fit in my freezer. If you put a bit more then in the cup but not too high you have enough food.
Easy to clean, I don't put top in the dishwasher. Leave out for a few minutes if you can't get the cube out.
I bought 2 sets at first and am ordering more soon!

While they may seem pricey--especially compared to plain old ice cube trays--these are well designed, don't take up much space to store, and the lids are great. If you use regular ice cube trays, you end up wasting a lot of aluminum foil. I always freeze in cubes and then transfer to freezer bags.

I had first bought the fancy Beaba freezer storage things and they do work great but they can be difficult to get out. However these are fantastic! So easy and the food storage compartments are the perfect portion size.

I love this product! I am purchasing my second set because it works so well. It is so easy to do large batches of purees and throw them in the freezer using this product. Although the cubes may not come out to be a perfect 1oz, I have always based feeding my daughter on her hunger level and pattern instead of amount--its easy to grab two or three cubes and heat them up!

I bought these trays to use for freezing primarily fruit and vegetable purees, and I also bought baby cubes, and these are by far better. I only wish I had more, but I already bought so may cubes. I don't make a lot of "meals," but if I did, I would use these for that purpose too. They are easy to clean. Only con is you have to run the tray under water and bend the tray upside down to get the food out, but I don't think that takes away from how easy these are to use and clean. Love them!
