I'm sure there must have been some user error on my part, but after three weeks of trying to put this cup together so it wouldn't leak, I gave up and threw it away. (Before that, I unsuccessfully looked for assembly tips online and carried it around in a ziploc bag.) I've never had problems with other leak proof sippy cups. This one was apparently just slightly too complicated to put together easily. It did keep drinks cold.

we bought this cup because i am trying to move away from plastic, even bpa free plastic. particularly for warm beverages. this cup leaks. if you open it up and really push the inside pieces down sometimes it stops but usually it drips again at some point during the day. it doesn't leak a ton and we still like it. i just end up with drops of milk up and down the stairs and i never just throw the cup in my purse because i am afraid it will ruin it. all in all though i feel the cup is safe and the kids love it.

I bought this for my toddler hoping to have a portable travel cup that did not leak. Unfortunately, she has found that if she turns it upside down the milk pours out - which of course is the first thing she does now. I would recommend this for a younger child who is a little less curious.

Great stainless steel sippy cup! Purchased for my 9mo old son who is just learning how to use sippys. It also keeps the beverage cold for long periods of time, which is great for in the summer! It might be user error, but even with the spill proof insert, it does drip a little, but not enough to be an issue.
