My son loves this swing! Like many others, I got it second hand for [$] and would have paid MUCH more! The music is a little tin canish, but I haven't really found any baby item that isn't. It does have an ocean sound that my son really likes. Batter life is excellent, survived 2 months on cheap batteries using it maybe an hour or so a day. If you go through batteries super quick your baby is in it too much! It's super cozy and I'm so glad we have this swing!

This swing was ok. We purchased it at a garage sale and when we brought it home I was disappointed to find that the little sea creatures didn't float around, but I got a good deal so I wasn't too upset. After our daughter was born she loved it, she often fell asleep in it. The biggest problem we had was that it went through batteries like crazy. She was in it so much that we had to replace the batteries (4D) every 2 weeks! Also, if you tried to turn it off while she was sleeping, it made a loud clicking noise that woke her up. I did like that the swing could either swing side to side or front to back, but after about 2 months we gave it to a friend and bought an electric soother type swing that will hold car seats

This swing is going through its third baby! The seat has no stains and it still works. My 5 month old baby has loved this swing since she was 3 weeks old and loves talking to her little fish! She also really enjoys the changing lights and can fall asleep in it within seconds. Now that she is getting older, she can have her toys set up on the table without the swing in motion and she can play. Also, with the table down and in place she is less likely to lift herself and possibly hurt herself. I would buy it again and would tell everyone it is worth the $!!

My LO loves this swing, especially the fish! He knows to look for them when we sit him down in it. He'd stay in it for hours if we let him. He enjoys napping in it during the day.

It creeks a little when it's swinging but no more than any other swing. The base is wide but it's sturdy and safe.

My grandson is now five years old and he practicly lived in this swing as the family was building a home and they had to live in a small apt until it was finished. He loved this swing and was in it until he couldn't fit any more and loved every minute. His sister then had it for as long as she needed it and now I have it at my home for a new grandchild and she loves it so much we are on line now buying a new one, which I was surprised they still made, for her house. This was a great investment then and again now.

well i got this as a gift my aunt seen a guy getting ready to set it on the curb and she asked him whats wrong with it he said nothing just it wont stop the music that is! To find out the guy just didnt have it shut off all the way! when the batteries died instead of getting new ones i just pull it up to the couch lay down and push it myself and he goes right to sleep! at first he would have nothing to do with the music or lights and etc but now he just stares at the hanging fabric fishes for hours lol. or i just set it in tv view and he sits there watching tv! my grandmother at first said i didnt need to buckle him in cause he was to young to roll or anything but he has learned to put his feet on the divider and push him self up so she buckles him now lol! but other then that its a great swing though it says theres a pouch or sleeve to hold stuff i havent found it yet!!!

Fisher Price outdid itself with this product!! From all the swing designs available, we love this the best since it has the ocean theme - wonderful fishes, sea horses and lights to go with.... 2 reclining options and 2 ways to swing the baby... we love it and so does our baby.

I had a great experience with this for my 1st child, but by the time my second ones came around,the fish didn't work. We bought a second one, cuz we had twins...and about 3 wks later, the fish didn't work. The swing in general is GREAT...just wish the fish still swam around!

Both children loved it and slept in it all the time. It's soothing & the sounds are great. My daughter outgrew it & my son is now reaching that point as well. I will miss the music it plays when I give it to a friend. I highly recommend this swing.

I bought this swing secondhand at a yard sale for nanas house an it was the best thing that we had for our daughter she was only 4 lbs when she came home an she fit in it safly so the takealong swing stayed at nana an we took this one home lol but over all it was a life saver an she still likes to sit in it an watch tv.

I LOVE THIS SWING MUST HAVE. THE ONLY RESON I GAVE THIS 4 STARS IS DO TO THE FACT HOW UNSTABLE IT FEELS, BUT WHEN YOU PUT YOUR KIDS IN IT IT IS VERY STABLE. MY KIDS LOVE THE LIGHTS AND HOW THEY FADE IN AND OUT AND GRATE FOR GOING TO SLEEP I ALSO HAVE HAD THIS FOR 3 1/2 YEARS AND STILL WORKS GRATE. MY MOM HAD BOUGHT MY THE PINK FISHER PRICE SWING THAT IS SIMERLER TO IT AND THAT ONE WILL BLIND YOU. AND THIS ONE IS STILL BETTER FOR THE BUCK EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT ELECTRIC IT IS VERY NICE TO HAVE.

My 3 month old daughter is very fussy and cannot be put to sleep on her own. I've decided to buy the cradle/swing because I've heard a lot of very good comments about it. It really works! She loves the swing and even sleeps in it on her own. She especially loves the side to side swing.

i really do not recommend this swing to anyone. first, it is a discontinued item , one cannot return it or get it fixed. it arrived broken and it was obviously a previous return since there was a different address on the box.

This is the greatest!! My son (now 3) used it as a baby and now my daughter (3 months old) loves it. They sleep great in it. I love how it swings side to side and the sounds are perfect. We swaddle the baby and then put them in the swing. LOVE IT!! A necessity for a colicy baby!
