chunky in size but does what its suppose to do. I do wish it had a volume control to make it a tad louder, otherwise the volume is just fine (read: not annoying). Altough the baby (13months) knows its not MY phone, with a little pretend play on my part (read: I pretend I'm talking to someone on the play phone), he totally gets into it, and starts "talking" on his phone. Really cute!

This item was a gift for my two year old daughter who loves Android phones. This phone is very colorful, and has a lot to say, however is very quiet and you can't hear what it's saying!

I am the first person to say THANK YOU to companies that make childrens toys that arent blaringly loud! This toy is just a little too quiet though. (would rather that though then the other way) It is a phone so is meant to be up against the ear, so i am happy with the direction the "audio" programmers took this, but i think it could be a smidge louder as even on the ear its very quiet.

My 7 month old loves this toy! She can push the buttons to make it light up and it's not too loud which is nice. There is also an on/off switch on the back that I appreciate. Lots of songs and fun lights!

i love it ! keeps my daughter entertained , only con is that the volume is low. but one thing, DO NOT SPEND [$] on here ! it's only [$] in stores , god i would never in a million years think yoyo.com company would be such bloodsuckers

My 6month old lost intrest in it becasue it was to low, but it plays abc's , 123's and colors would be a great smartphone for her to play with but she lost intrest to fast with this product and overpriced for poor quality

I wish I knew how bulky this was before I bought it. DD is 6 months old and can barely hold it and only if it is propped on her stomach. It is also pretty thick so she can only hold onto the top part. The buttons are not that easy for her to press, but the music and the lights gets her attention every time. It's not too loud and the lights are not overly bright. Great product if not for the thickness and weight...maybe it'll be better when she gets a little older.
