Fisher-Price Infant to Toddler Rocker - Blue/Green

The Infant-to-Toddler Rocker is an infant seat that converts to a toddler rocker. In the infant mode baby is soothed with calming vibrations or mom's gentle rocking of the seat. There is a kickstand to lockout rocking for sleep or feeding. As the child grows, the seatback adjusts to a more upright position for a toddler up to 40lbs. The toys incorporate the adorable farm characters. In stage one, the toys are mounted to the toybar and face downward towards baby for visual stimulation with bright colors and patterns. In stage two, the toys are unlinked from the toybar and relinked to the right and left of baby's grasp in addition to on the crotch strap for teething and to develop baby's sense of touch. In the third stage, the toys mount back to the toybar and the seatback adjusts for baby to bat at the toys. Toy bar and 3 toys are removable.

Comments about Infant to Toddler Rocker - Bug Friends:

The craddle is comfortable and bright, I would rate it high except there was a very loud annoying high pitch sound when I turned it on. Unfortunately my spouse threw away the box so I can't return it. Even more, I bought another craddle from a local store, and this particular item has a different issue: the whole motor unit shakes and rattles. We will probably put a couple of additional screws to fix it tighter. Well, you get what you pay for :(

awesome chair. still need a bouncer for newborns. bad feature is music piece in the middle that needs to be cut off as child ages because it swings in the face. but still great and big enough for baby until age 2.

Comments about Infant to Toddler Rocker - Bug Friends:

Originally purchased an older consigned chair. Loved it. Realized that we needed a second one to leave at Grandma's. My daughter made an easy transition to this from Fisher Price Newborn Rock N Play Sleeper. Once she started sitting up in that, I was worried my only options were exersaucers as she is particularly long and wasn't comfortable in floor papazans or bouncers. I love the newer model even better. The stops on the front to stop her from tipping are bigger which is comforting. She tests the limits of the rocking feature and hasn't fallen or tipped out. I feel like she's safe. The kickstand feature is amazing and keeps her relaxed or focused on the swinging toys. The new ones play If You're Happy And You Know It. I wanted to get one that would work for a boy or girl in case we consigned or needed it for another child. I am confident this will last and I will find space to store it in 2 years. We have been using this product for 6 months now. I tell all the mommies I know about it.

Comments about Infant to Toddler Rocker - Bug Friends:

I bought this seat originally for my first born daughter (who is now 8). It reclines into a newborn vibrating baby seat. The vibrating feature is such a huge comfort for the teenie tiny ones. And as baby gets older, you can put the toy bar in to keep baby occupied. My favourite part though, is when baby becomes toddler aged. You can turn it into a rocking chair by removing the toy bar, adjusting the kick stand so it rocks instead of reclines, and move the seat into "sitting" position. No need to ever buy your toddler a seat. And the cover is removable. We have thrown it in the washing machine countless times and it still comes out looking bright and new. We have two of these chairs, both in rocking chair position now (for 4 and 1 year old). So worth every cent. They are both girls' favourite places to sit in the house.

Received this as a shower gift and has been using it since my son was 4 weeks, its the only chair he will sit in until he falls asleep. When he learned how to reach for the toys he gets excited whenever I attached the toy bar. I like that the back of the chair adjusts. This chair is a life saver giving me a chance to do chores while he's awake. My son is a big boy now 5 months and almost 20 lbs and the chair is sturdy and supports him excellent.

We purchased this Rocker/Chair to keep at Grandma's house so we would not have to take our bouncer there for visits. My son is 9 weeks old and LOVED this Rocker. Looking forward to using it into the Toddler years.
