      • Fisher-Price Green Froggy Potty

Potty training is much more fun with a froggy friend! The adorable little green guy is easy for little ones to get on or off independently. There's an integrated splash guard for boys and a removable bucket that makes for easy cleanup! Be sure to clean the bucket with mild soap and water solution. (If desired, a solution of household disinfectant can also be used. Rinse with clean water to remove soap residue.)

          Comments about Green Froggy Potty:

We bought this as our 20 mo old son was showing signs of wanting to go potty (when we were going potty :) and this potty has worked. He can easily sit down on the seat and when he goes in the potty he understands the concept of lifting the orange part off the green frog and putting the tinkle in the real toilet. It is light and easy to clean. Good price that we are also going to buy one for the downstairs bathroom.

            Comments about Green Froggy Potty:

We bought what I thought was same potty about 8 months ago. When I decided we needed a second, I bought this thinking only the color had changed. The older design (which is not avail here and only for very expensive at other major online site), which had a blue insert is much nicer design... frustrating w/ twins because they both prefer the blue one and there are fights! Also, this new design is a bit more annoying to clean... there are pegs? that sort of slightly "lock" the orange insert to make it more secure. Obviously, this was done as a design "improvement" but I find it a bit more difficult to lift up to clean. Still overall WAY better than the other two brandless dud potties I bought. I just like the old design better.

I like the cuteness and the color, but I dislike the shallowness of the potty. It collects well for urination, but I'm not too sure about #2. So far so good.

              Comments about Green Froggy Potty:

We first bought the much-more expensive bjorn and my son refused to sit on it. The seams of the removable base dug into his little bottom. I couldn't believe how took to the froggy potty! He sat on it immediately without issue. And the bumps at the front are nice and high making it much harder for boys who are sitting to mess. They also force him to spread his legs out which I think helps him relax and let go. THe little handles give him something to hold onto if he needs to press when going #2 and make it easy for him to help dump waste into the toilet. Easy to clean. Cute. Not expensive. Works great for us.

Comments about Precious Planet Froggy Potty:

I would recommend this as a potty training seat. It is like any other seat, it's a pain that you have to dump the pee or poo into the toilet. I just started training my 26 month old boy and the splash gaurd works great, no peeing on the floor. He loves dribbling a few drops out and then pouring it in the toilet himself. He enjoys that more than anything. I am trying a seat you put on the toilet next, so I don't have to empty the potty, clean it, and skip the fun of letting him dump his own pee in the potty, and making a mess. The splash gaurd is a little high, meaning it works great, but my son has to really spread his legs when he sits on it or one leg will catch it. Overall, does the job, cute design, and would totally recommend.
