Comments about Securekid 300 Booster - Loy:

Seat is OK. We bought 2 of these for my twin girls who are now 4 years old, to put in grandmas car. We need something less expensive, with point harness and had decent room for my kids growth. I'm comparing these to the seats my wife and I have in both our cars with are Recaro Pro Sports.
    PROS:
+If you want something that is light and easy to lug around, then these would fit the bill. For a high back booster, these are relatively light.
+Not too many seats on the market that have 5 point harness, latches, and upwards harness weight of 65lbs (Recaro is 90lbs).
+Quality of the seat is decent. Looks like the material is rugged and will last.
+For the features you get, the price is pretty good.

    CONS:
    - Compared the to Recaros, the seats do feel a little cheap, but that is subjective.
    - The buckle can be harder for those with weak fingers. The grandmas have a tough time unbuckling the girls. This can be a good thing though, so kids won't get out.
    - Although it has a latch system, it is designed weird imo. The point where the latch belt in the back goes through the seat is really high. So when you go to latch the seat in the car, it doest hold the bottom of the seat very well to the back of the car seat. Kinda hard to explain without showing. Overall it works, but design could be a lot better; and, again, comparing this to Recaro as well.

    OVERALL:
If you are on a budget and looking for a 5 point booster that is light weight, then this a good option. If you can spend a little, I'd get something like a Britax or Recaro. I just bought two Recaro Sports for 202 each here on diapers.
If you think about, the Recaros will last you longer because the harness weight is higher, so the extra cost is worth it imo.

Comments about Securekid 300 Booster - Loy:

This was exactly the kind of seat I was looking for to fit my 30ish lb toddler. I think she is too small for a seatbelt only booster, but I wanted something more streamlined than her huge convertible Recaro. Easy install, nice fabric (not velour!) , cup holders and a super safe five point harness. Delivery was so fast it seemed to defy the laws of physics.

Comments about Securekid 300 Booster - Loy:

Not too big, attractive and comfortable. Not too expensive.

Filmsy plastic panel below the seat (Seats with a solid "foot" are better). Lower buckle fairly stiff.
