Comments about Journey 300 + Embrace35 Travel System - Koi:

I ordered this because it was such a great deal on Diapers.com. I do think you get what you pay for and that applies to this item. I have a 5 month old and have been using these items since he was born. Here are what I think is great about this product, and what I wish was better.
        Pros-
        Arrived super quickly from Diapers.com!!
Nice colors, well padded carseat and it is nice and lightweight!
The fabric on both is nylon and not super cozy, but spot cleaned well.
This was easy to put together.
The stoller easily folds up and latches shut.
Comes with a base for the car.
There is a rubber safety "latch" for carseat when on stroller.
        The stroller handles fairly well.
The rain/shade covers just touch/cross and are adequate, I don't usually walk in a downpour anyway.
I wish the harness on the stroller was a 5 point/shoulder style- I don't feel like it is very secure with such a low crotch harness.
The stroller and wheels have held up pretty well with a lot of walks on gravel roads!
        Here are the Cons-
Crotch buckle can be hard to "undo", have felt like I am almost breaking my thumb to unlatch it. I think with the base (the one it comes with is unadjustable) this carseat sat too upright in our car and our little one's head would tip forward, I had to ride back there next to him and also prop up his head with extra receiving blankets around the headrest.
Safety attachment for carseat to stroller is kind of snug but also kind of funky and only on one side, seems like there could be a better system for that.
Cup holders on stroller way TOO small! Hardly deep enough to hold a water bottle (these should be for the adults, not the kids!)
Key/phone holder on stroller does not even hold my cell-phone and hardly my keys.
The handle of the carseat is uncomfortable, I wish that it had foam cushioning like the handle of the stroller.
Overall, I have been happy with this, but since my son is my first child and this is my first system, I have nothing to compare it to. I think if I wanted more bells and whistles I could have spent more money or researched a little better, perhaps purchasing something in person I could have handled and touched first. The things that bothered me about this product are the same things I read negatively in other reviews before purchasing. I did recently also purchase a new "big boy" convertible carseat for him from Diapers.com, and I spent a little more and went with another brand. I think I will enjoy using the Evenflo stroller without the carseat more, once my little one is big enough to do so!

Comments about Journey 300 + Embrace35 Travel System - Koi:

I love this stroller & car seat!!! it washes up great and is light so i'm not killing my back getting my baby in and out of my van. it was made to last and easy to put together so much my 7 and 9yr olds did it for me! the canopys on mine meet eachother very well to the point if it rains while i'm out the baby stays dry. it dosent have a little window but i dont mind at all. over all i would buy this again in a heart beat!! The base is not adjustable like the picture and in my manual it says sold separately. but still shows me how to use it. witch again i dont mind because i saved the old one from my younger sons car seat and the car seat fits it so not a big deal. all my buttons work very well and easy to push well anough for my 7 and 9 yr olds to help get the baby out of the car seat..
