The nipple brush is useful for cleaning pumping parts and small bottle parts, but a little big to clean nipples. The big brush has a flat top so it's hard to clean the bottom of bottles. Plus you get sprayed with water when pulling it out of standard 4oz bottles with narrow necks. Not to mention, it's a little flimsy - I've already bent the brush (maybe I'm scrubbing too hard).

I bought this just for the nipple brush but I tried out both. The bottle brush is very flimsy and I don't think it will last very long. The nipple brush works great its just so small that its awkward to use at first. Overall - okay product but it will need to be replaced so I suggest going with something thats more durable.
