The lotion itself is a good moistureizer. My son has Exzema and it does a good job. However it smells terrible to me. I like the smell of Vanicream much better.

Bought this for my husband whose arms are very dry; he used it quite heavily and got a rash. I am now using it myself for dry hands and am applying it at bedtime only. Seems to work OK for me.

I use this because I need the alpha hydroxy ingrediants to help control the bumpy skin caused by the winter dry air on my upper arms (keratosis pilaris). It is great for keratosis pailaris, however it leaves a greasy residue. For a basic daily use, I would recommend the Eucerin Calming Cream-- it is rich without the greasy residue.
