          Comments about Backpack - Black:

OK, the old style ergo backpack looks uglier on the computer than it is in real life. This bag looks prettier on the screen than in real life! It is very short and squat. AND SMALL!!! Somehow the dimensions made me think it would be bigger. And you still can't fit a normal water bottle in the bottle pocket. A baby bottle would fit, I guess, but it isn't insulated.I was hoping this could be my go-to diaper bag, but it barely fits enough for a quick outing. Also, the new way they have it velcroing around the straps, in only one place, as opposed to the old way it snapped around the straps in 2 places... well, I don't like it at all.Worn alone, I found the straps to dig into my arms no matter how I wore it- up high on my back, down low, etc. Also, the bag has a lining that is nylon and feels really cheap to me. The old bag was ALL cotton canvas.I think this bag might be worth $25 or $30, but for [$], I just expect more. I think they kept the aspects of the old bag that were bad and didn't add anything new that improved the bag. I will be returning it and buying something else.

            Comments about Backpack - Black:

I use this backpack on daily basis on our outings in NYC to carry all necessities for a 2 year old. After 2 months of use, the first zipper completely broke, not fixable. Then I thought I have a 2nd zipper so I'll keep using it (it was a bit of inconvenient having only one zipper because I liked having the two-way zipper). Then today the 2nd zipper broke and I had no idea when getting off the city bus, all my contents spilled out. I was very upset so now I have to look for another backpack. I really liked this backpack because it has a sturdy body, lightweight and lots of compartments. Unfortunate the zippers were not made well on this product.
Therefore unless this company improves on the zipper construction, I would never buy this product again. I've been using this backpack less than a year and having to get a new backpack is ridiculous. This backpack is definitely not worth the money! What use is a backpack when the zippers don't work properly!
