Wonderful, easy to use. Perfect warm temp for baby if you keep water in thermos and add to chilled concentrate!

Comments about Premium Infant Concentrate - 13 oz - 12 pk:

My daughter was BF exclusively until about 5.5 months. She was supplemented with Enfamil at the hospital because of low birth weight. She was painfully gassy the first three months of her life, so I was a little nervous about her transition to formula. Tried the powder version and she hated it, so I tried the RTF since that is what they used at the hospital. She loved it! In the beginning, I mixed half-n-half of the Enfamil Premium Infant with the Gentlease, then slowly transitioned her to the Infant version completely. However, the 32 oz. RTF cans were getting expensive, so I thought maybe the liquid concentrate would be a nice alternative and maybe she won't notice the difference? Well, she didn't notice. I tasted it and it tastes the same as the RTF. (Yes! I tasted it. I taste it each time I make a batch to make sure the formula isn't bad.) I'm hoping that I can eventually transition her to powder when she's a bit older, but if not, then this concentrate works fine.

As for performance, it doesn't cause any gas issues for my daughter and she seems to digest it fine. Truthfully, I don't think the Gentlease was any easier on her digestive system than the regular Infant Premium (may be due to her being older and her digestive system maturing), but I didn't want to take any chances since she was VERY (VERY, VERY) fussy during her gassy days. She still has her daily BM (no different than when she was BF) and I like that this formula contains prebiotics for easy digestibility. It last for up to 48 hours in the fridge in an airtight container and you mix equal parts concentrate to water. On a side note, the formula bought (2/2012) from another vendor had a long expiration date (12/2012), which was nice. The ones bought from diapers.com had an exp date of June 2012, which meant it had been sitting on the shelf for a bit (this is why I taste each batch made). Hopefully, that is not the norm since I like diapers.com's service and product selections.

The only gripe I have is that the formula I received from diapers.com had an expiration date of 6/2012 (ordered 2/2012). I ordered this same formula in the beginniing of February 2012 from another vendor (because it was a little cheaper)and the exp dates on those were 12/2012, which means the ones from diapers.com had been sitting on the "shelf" for a little while (this is why I taste each batch of formula made). Hopefully, this is not the norm since I like ordering from diapers.com!
