The description says these are laminated vintage fabrics, and I was picturing a nice laminated canvas or something. Instead, these appear to be paper, with the type of lamination that old drivers licenses used - thick, heavy plastic going out past the edges of the actual paper. The edges of the paper were cut with pinking shears, so they're a crafty zig-zag pattern.I ordered 6 of these for my dining room (yes, for the grownups to use too!), but will be returning them. It's really a shame, because the drawings are adorable and the colors are vibrant. But the apparently cheap construction makes them look like they belong at the kids' table in a diner, not like I paid [$] each for them.
