I was almost discouraged from buying this lotion after reading other reviews that it smelled bad & soapy. I usually buy Aveeno's lavender bedtime lotion. I recently tried E.B.'s Lavendar bath wash & it is very nice! The lotion and bath wash smell like REAL lavender not that lilac perfume stuff. I have actually grown lavender and unless the negative comments were made by anyone who ended up with a bad batch (if there is such a thing) they definitly don't know what REAL Lavendar smells like! This is good stuff;-)

I wanted an organic lavender lotion for our baby on the way. The lotion smells like soap and nothing like lavender. I was kind of bummed, because I usually like Earth's Best products. We will not be using it. I actually threw it away.

I went from using Cal Baby lotion to using this so I'm a little bias. I like most of Earth's Best products - I LOVE their Lavender Bubble Bath! I also love that their prices aren't as high as the other natural lines.
I thought I'd love this lotion just as much but I find it to be rather thin and the scent is more like Ivory soap than lavender. I don't hate it, I'll still finish the bottle...I just like Cal Baby's Calming lotion better. My husband refuses to use this lotion b/c he can't stand the smell (he says it reminds him of and Indian food lamb dish...?! haha ok).

Like I said, it isn't terrible, I'm just not in love.

I really like this lotion. A little goes a long way and it seems to absorb quickly. I use this every night on my baby after bath time as part of our bedtime routine. The light, lavender scent seems to calm him.

It has a great light lavender smell. I got it for my newborn but I use on my 4 year old's chapped lips, as my face moisturizer,and my husband uses it too. I just wish they made a refil so I don't have to buy and waste another pump. Great stuff, eco-friendly,affordable too.

We leave in Iowa where the weather is quite harsh, it stays easily below zero F for quite a while and sometimes it goes up to 50 and back to 10 in one day. In winter the freezing wind is really what you want to stay away from. While of course you wouldn't go out when it is extremely cold, you can't always avoid it and the beautiful sun is inviting anyway. This product worked wonderfully to help treat minor skin rashes and especially prevent irritation due to the weather, so our boy always have beautiful milky skin.

The smell is just right for Mom and Baby. Not overwheling. And it keeps skin in good condition.

I use Earth's Best body wash and food as well. This is a great product and would definitely recommend it
