This helps with the things they don't tell you about that follow labor and delivery. It's a must buy the new mom shower gift even if we aren't that close item. They will love you later. Provides a calming sensation that actually helps you sit after a natural birth. Used this with my first baby (7 stitches) and was a life saver. Went thru three bottles. Also used this with second baby (4 stitches) but the cream was more my friend bc a bigger baby the hemorrhoids were worse. the cream worked better for those. Buy the cream too. This is fabulous for the prego bumps that happen after and during pregnancy.

I used this during my recovery from the birth of my son. I absolutely loved it. It felt so good on my sore little bum, and made me feel so fresh.
