Comments about Earth Mama Angel Baby Natural Nipple Butter 60 ml. (2 oz.):

I was given this product when I had my daughter two years ago and started breastfeeding and pumping (I did both, but mostly pumped.) I was hooked right away; it was much softer on sore nipples and way better than the Lanolin creme that the hospital gave me. Because I had such a large milk supply, I had to wear nursing pads all the time; so I never experienced any staining of clothes like some other reviewers noted. (Although I can't imagine a good stain remover wouldn't get any stains out of clothes if you did get them.) I also had more than my fair share of occasional cracked/chapped/bleeding nipples and putting this nipple butter on after pumping or feeding always soothed and healed things up.

In the past two years, because of my wonderful experience with this product I have given this as a gift to every new mom planning on breastfeeding or pumping and each of them have told me that it was the best product they'd ever used, and have gone on to recommend this product to their friends. It really is in the best on the market, and I can't recommend it enough.

Comments about Earth Mama Angel Baby Natural Nipple Butter 60 ml. (2 oz.):

This is the first lanolin-free nipple reliever that I tried. It works great! I apply it liberally about every 2-3 days. The reason I don't use it every day is that it is rather messy and requires nursing pads with every use. The oil content is high in this product and it will stain your clothes.

However, the therapeutic benefit of this nipple butter is worth the hassle of possible stains. It works amazingly well. I can feel it working the instant I apply it. A couple of hours after application, the redness and swelling are significantly decreased. Any cracks or bleeding heal much faster after use.

Overall, this is an excellent nipple butter.

Comments about Earth Mama Angel Baby Natural Nipple Butter 60 ml. (2 oz.):

This is a an overall good product, but its definitely not for really chapped, cracked, bleeding nipples that can sometimes develop during the early period of nursing. This is great for everyday moisturizing, not for healing. I reccommend using Lansinoh cream for actual healing of the nipples, nothing compares to it. This product is the most expensive one that I have purchased, yet it does not compare to the effectiveness of Lansinoh. It says on the package that its great for baby's chapped cheeks and that is true!

Comments about Earth Mama Angel Baby Natural Nipple Butter 60 ml. (2 oz.):

I have nursed both our our children. With our first child, I used lanolin, and it was fine, but I tried this on a whim with our second child, and it was so much better I now give it to everyone we know who is having a baby. Lanolin is very thick, and I found it pulled on the skin when I was applying it. In contrast, the EM/AB butter glides on very easily. Also, you have to remove the lanolin before your baby nurses, so it pulls on your skin again when you get it off (plus, it is a hassle). You can leave this on while the baby nurses, and my daughter (who was a super picky nurser and is now a picky eater) had no problems with it. I like that it has basically no scent, and I had no problems with it getting on my clothes.

If you truly care about a natural product with zero toxins, like formaldehyde, that actually works this is the product for you! Check out the safety rating on the Skin Deep Database at: [@]*Cannot say enough about this product! Biggest selling point is that it is not an animal by-product like lanolin, which is sheep oil. I can't imagine wanting my child to ingest something like that; gross! It works miraculously! I just love it! I even use it on my son's chapped hands, especially while teething when the hands are always in the mouth. I wouldn't want him sucking on lotion; that doesn't sound appetizing.

Comments about Earth Mama Angel Baby Natural Nipple Butter 60 ml. (2 oz.):

I tried this on a whim and I'm happy that I did. This nipple butter doesn't have the pleasant smell of the Mama Bee Nipple Nurture Butter, but it does the trick. I like that it has all natural ingredients, has a neutral smell, doesn't stain my clothes, and soothes sore nipples. I would definitely use this again.

One little container of this goes a very long way. I find that it works best to use the top of my nail to scrape some out of the container. Otherwise, it gets under my nails and I don't want to waste any of the product.

My baby doesn't seem to have any issues with this nipple creme. I've been using it for a month now with my 11 week-old.
