At 25 weeks, I would not be sleeping without this pillow. It has been a lifesaver since I got it (I have been using it for many weeks now). I am fairly petite, so I can only speak for how this pillow works for me (I have read reviews from taller women who have not been as happy with it). It helps to support my growing belly, and the back support keeps me either completely on my left side or halfway between my left side and back. Before I got this pillow, I tried using multiple pillows, an ordinary body pillow, and a different pregnancy pillow (much larger). I love that my pillow, husband, and I all fit in the bed together comfortably, as this pillow does what it needs to without being too bulky. I no longer wake up repeatedly thoughout the night because I am on my back and need to readjust. And hip pain is greatly reduced because of the support of the longer section. My husband and I just took an overnight trip, and this pillow was one of the first things I packed. I highly recommend it!

My wife regularly uses a body pillow when she sleeps but we thought she needed a little something extra for support. This pillow was maybe half the size (width and length) of an average body pillow. It was very small. My wife is 5'8" and it was tiny for her, so if you are smaller person (5'3") or shorter, this is the perfect product for you. Otherwise, look for something bigger.

I got this pillow because I liked that I could still use my regular pillow for my head. I had the be C shaped one my first pregnancy, but I have to use a special pillow for my head because of my neck and that didn't allow me to use my regular pillow. This one has support for your back and belly without making you use it as a pillow as well. I do wish the curved part was a bit lower. Where it curves, it sits more between my upper thighs than between my knees. I have to push it down all night or still use a 2nd pillow between/under my knees. Also the knee support isn't very thick, so a 2nd pillow helps to keep my hips aligned better because it adds a little thickness. It's better to use this than multiple pillows for my back and belly though because it's all connected and stays where it is. With several pillows on either side, if I roll over I usually lose one somewhere.
