This seems like a great firm and soft mattress. Fits well in our "new to us" portable crib - no gaps. I think baby will sleep very well on it. Very excited to use it on our beach trip.

My second child slept in a Century brand portable crib until age two- she was content with it for full night sleep; I was less thrilled with the saggy factory mattress as she grew heavier.

So, for child #3, I vowed to find a way to make a firm, yet padded solution, even if I had to buy the foam myself. I didn't have to, as this mattress meets my expectations. I place the mattress on top of the portable mattress, and use a fitted sheet, tucked in around BOTH mattresses, securing the two together. Yes, there is a 1" gap on either side, so it creates a slightly sloped sheet along the sides; however, I am not concerned with it because I have a 18lb, large infant with pushing strength. I am personally not worried about entrapment with my Century portable crib because of it's mesh sides and my particular setup.

No sagging! Mattress is firm, and I think I'll feel better about taking my third child through 2 years on an old crib.

Loved the mattress, but it was too narrow for the Graco pack and play that it was purchased for and left gaps on the side that were unacceptable. If it
fit properly, I would have been very pleased, but under the circumstances had
to return it.

my son is 21 months old and is sleeping in a pack and play @ his babysitters. This mattress really cushions him and since we got it, he has been sleeping better @ his babysitters! I would only suggest they make it a little big thicker!
