These are a total fave in our house. We have a ton of these mini books. They are great because she can be rough with the pages and they are durable and easy to wipe clean. These little books are great on the go also if you have a little reader in your family. They keep our 15 month old totally entertained.

This is a great beginner book for infants. My 7mo old loves to help me turn the pages and look at the interesting pictures. Fyi, this book is about 6x6in. I expected a full size book, but this is much better. My little girl can hold it by herself.

I was surprised that the book was so small and at first was disappointed that it wouldn't neatly fit with the rest of my standard size Dr Seuss book collection, until I realized how perfectly this book will fit in my daughters hands (when she's old enough to hold it on her own.)

Other than that, the book is in true Dr Seuss fashion, from Auntie Annie's alligator to a Zizzer, Zazzer, Zuzz. I love it.

I am reading this to my 4 month old and I sign right through the book and she loves it. Lets hope it continues to entertain her when she starts speaking.

thought this was full size book with full story its not..its like 2 or 3 ins. high not full story like when u buy the book at [...].thought it was to good a deal to be true and of course it was

I love this book! My daughter is 10 months old and she loves me to read it to her and after we read she likes to play with the book and look at the pictures. I like that its a little shorter than the original version because it holds her attention. I dont think the longer version would keep her attention. I like that I can enjoy reading to her while teaching her at the same time and the price is great!

my son LOVES this book! It's fun to read, allowing you to make it sing-songy, or add in other words that go with the letter. It's short, so it is able to keep his attention, i end up having to hide it, after three times, it gets tiresome (for me)

This board book may be OK if you have never read the full version of the Dr. Seuss's ABC. For the rest of us who know and love the full version, this abridged version is awful. Familar text like "A yawning yellow yak. Young Yolanda Yorgenson is Yelling on his back" becomes just Yak And "Silly Sammy Sick sipped six sodas and got sick, sick, sick." is also cut. I realize that board books must be abridged to fit into the smaller space, but this particular abridgment ruins this classic book. Other Seuss boardbooks (The Foot Book, Wocket in My Pocket, etc.) are also abridged but still retain the unmistakable Dr. Seuss character.

You can't go wrong with Dr. Suess and this silly board book was one of the very first books our daughter really seemed to enjoy having us read to her when she was a baby and young toddler.
