he's been using these since he was born, he's now 2. at first we bought all the dr. brown bottles but quickly i got lazy and tired of cleaning them because at the time i didn't have a dish washer. we use these nipples with parent's choice bottles. they aren't a perfect fit but it doesn't leak and he's very comfortable drinking his milk this way. my biggest gripe is that i can never find levels over one, sometimes 2, at the store!

i love the levels because it really did get harder for him to drink his milk from a flow that was meant for a newborn (when he was younger). so he would just give up and not eat.

it's also soft but durable, i always change them out every couple months for safety purposes but if i didn't they would still last a long time.

It's so smooth, soft & doesn't tear or crack even after months of use. My baby finds it comfi as well. It's easy to clean unlike a few other nipples which have lots of ridges & depressions

These were the only nipples that our baby could feed successfully with. Born a few weeks early, our little girl had some issues with weak sucking. These super soft silicone nipples were so easy for her to latch onto and they respond to the slightest pressure allowing her to feed easily.

We already had some Evenflo glass bottles and wanted better nipples, as my son was having mild issues with air and spitting up using the nipples that came with the bottles. I also bought 2 Dr. Browns bottles with the inserts, but using these nipples with the cheapo Evenflo bottles seems to work just as well. He drinks using these more like he does at my breast.
