Only heats top 2 - 3 wipes, so if you need more than that they are cold. Dispenser didn't do a good job of separating wipes and hurts your fingers if you need to reach in for one. Munchkin brand is a lot better

This is a great wipe warmer, however, you DO have to add water! The first few times I used it I noticed the wipes were drying out. Then I read the directions & noticed you have to add water, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the online description.
Also, the opening through which you pull the wipes out is very large so it doesn't help to separate the self-feeding wipes. And since you add water directly to the part where the wipes are stored, the wipes want to stick together even more! Before you know it, you're pulling out 3 wipes at once!
It does it's job in keeping the wipes warm & not discoloring them, however I wouldn't buy this warmer again or for anyone else simply because it's a hassle.

I first thought that this is a waste of money but after using it during the cold days I noticed my babygirl likes it and this is all that maters. As far as negative reviews on similar products such as drying wipes, turning brown color, problem keeping it closed etc, I don't have those issues

I bought a wipe warmer for my first son 5 years ago and swore I would never buy another one. The wipes would dry out and I would waste about half of the wipes in the wamer. The wipes never stayed warm long enough to use them. I saw that this warmer is a top heating warmer. I thought I would give it a try on my second child, and I LOVE it!! The wipes are only warm on the top which means the rest of the wipes do not dry out and the wipes stay warmer longer. FANTASTIC product!!!
