I thought at first that this was a bit small, but it actually supports my belly very well! The wedge shape is very comfortable. The one thing I would like is a super-soft cover...I like sleeping bare-bellied, since I spend the rest of the day in maternity jeans, and the cover is a bit rough.

1. i didn't use it for long but it's soft & sturdy at the same time so doesn't get flabby soon
2. its small size makes it easy to be taken during travel & doesn't occupy large area of the bed like some other pregnancy pillows
3. cannot be used for any other purpose as it would be too small

It is a nice extra small pillow to use combined with a body pillow. I am pregnangt with baby #2 and like to put the wedge under my belly for support while still wrapping myself around a body pillow.
Your "normal" pregnancy pillow is just to bulky to fit my fiance and I in the bed and the small wedge & body pillow work for me
