Comments about Handle It Rain Boot Kids - Sea Blue:

These are light and comfortable for my 3.5 year old child. She can put them on herself. Many fun colors to choose from. The shafts are short and smaller openings compared to other brands. She can even customize it by adding her favorite jibbitz!
