We got this for our 2.5 yr old son. He loved the dinos and having a "big kid" bottle. One immediate drawback however was the way the top fell onto his nose when he tried to drink. But we only used it for a couple weeks b/c the first time he dropped it (from about 4.5 feet onto asphalt - my husband was carrying him), the spout part cracked and rendered the bottle unusable. So, overall -- a disappointing purchase.

I think this is a horrible product. My husband and I each tried it out after washing and when we sucked on the bottle to get the liquid out, it was foamy, not because of soap but the way the water was being aerated. We never even gave it to our child. I was really disappointed.

This is a really cute bottle, but it needs to go back to the drawing board. Within the first couple of uses, the paint was peeling, the stopper cracked, and the lid that snapped on the top started to tear. My daugther loved it and was very gentle with it. It just didn't hold up. I just tossed it in the recycling bin since so much paint was peeling off, I felt it was a hazzard. But if the company fixes all these issues, it will be a great bottle. It keeps drinks cold for a long time, and holds a large amount of fluid.

This bottle is so cute but it is useless after just a few uses. the other reviews said it leaked but I tend to try things based on the pros and cons and thought the good reviews outweigh the bad. Well this product does leak and I am dissapointed because my daughter loves it. I have to say it worked great for the first few uses and after droping it while taking a long walk it started leaking and haven't stopped since. So I would not recommend this to anyone. Try something else.

I bought this bottle for my seven-year-old daughter to take in her school lunch. I'd been looking for a bottle that was BPA and Phalate free that didn't cost alot. She really liked the Solar System design. She used it for a couple of weeks and then the screw-top cracked and a small piece completely broke off exposing the seal underneath. I will say that I don't know the circumstances surrounding how this happened but I think a bottle geared toward kids should be more durable. Now the bottle leaks. We hadn't had a problem with the paint peeling as another customer indicated but I did wash the bottle by hand even though it says it is dishwasher safe on the top rack. I really wanted this bottle to pass the test so we could buy additional ones for the other kiddos.

I have 2 of these an am about to order 2 more for my son. My daughter is lactose intollerant, so I use these to bring her special milk to school everyday. One bottle holds enough milk for her for breakfast and lunch. I've had no issues with paint chipping or otherwise. The cap is a little flimsy and does not stay put as well as I would like, but the bottle cap closes tightly, so there is no leaking. I have not found the cap gets in the way. But it's a great stainless steel bottle that will not break the bank. SIGG has had issues with no being BPA free and is aluminum, so I'm avoiding that route.

I have the Sigg as well, and bought this for the price AND because it is STAINLESS STEEL, and NOT aluminum. This product is absolutely fine, and my 9 month old has no trouble drinking from it. It hasn't leaked and is easy to use. The designs are great. While the cap is floppy and not locked open (like the sigg), it is functional and not in the way. I've been working in kitchens for years and everything is stainless steel. We don't use aluminum utentils & vessels for it's reactive properties, so I'll choose this over Sigg anyday. I recommend it! I only put 4* because of the cap. Otherwise it's great!

Paint was peeling off in sections by 4th use. Complete waste of money. Not worth the few dollars saved.

I liked that the Crocodile Creek drinking bottle was more affordable than the Sigg. Another reason we purchased it was because there were 'boy' related designs available and the 'boy' Sigg's were sold out.

It is good for what it is, but now that we have both the Sigg Little Kids Bottle and the Crocodile Creek I can see why this one is less expensive. You do get what you pay for. I feel that the Sigg is worth the few extra dollars. It doesn't leak, the cap has a snapping type device so it doesn't fall into the child's face when drinking. Also the Sigg claims that there is "no leaching" -- a claim I didn't notice on the Crocodile Creek product description. We'll use this one for our extra bottle, but we'll grab the Sigg first, every time.
