Absolutely love it! I have an almost 1 year old, she's had a cough for a couple of weeks… cutting molers… We had a Vicks warm mist.. it was ok.. it worked most of the time but she was still coughing in the middle of the night. So I bought this little gem…. Not one cough last night!! You can't hear it running, very easy to set up and fill. Best money spent!!

We run this 24/7 in our son's nursery to keep his room humidified during flu season. We never had any issues with it leaking but we also put a plastic flower pot base under it to prevent it from ruining carpet or furniture in case it ever did bust. We chose this one because it's Ultrasonic which means it doesn't need a filter as part of the humidifying process and therefore saves you money in the long run. You do, however, need a filter to remove the impurities from the water (IF you don't use filtered water to fill the machine. We take a large measuring cup, fill it with filtered water from the fridge and pour it into the bowl.) We make sure the humidifier is constantly filled and running because if you stop running it for a day and turn it back on, the old water smells moldy. We clean it probably 2-3 times a week. The biggest con is filling it, like I said above filling it with filtered water from the fridge takes a while and it's a balancing act to have the bowl sit perfectly on the only flat surface on it. But for a newborn, all the extra work is worth it! The light is bright but at 3 months it doesn't bother our baby although it may in the future when he's older and either wants it all dark or wants some sort of night light.

I wasn't sure what kind of humidifier to get, and I have been very pleased with this one. My one year old had a nasty cold, and having a moist room for him to sleep in worked best, so we bought this and it helped a lot.

I bought this humidifier when my daughter was sick. I wanted something that would help her breath easier but that also looked good in her room. I used it three times before it stopped working. So I returned it and received a second humidifier. The second humidifier worked only two times but this one came with an added bonus ... it leaked all over place and ruined my daughter's furniture. Honestly, after having two brand new humidifiers that completely stopped working I truly feel that this product is junk and wouldn't recommend it.

I purchased this product to help with my daughter's congestion when she was sick. I only used it maybe a total of five times. It stopped releasing the mist and just completely stopped working. My husband attempted to fix it to no avail. I returned the product and received a replacement. Again my daughter was congested so I really needed it. This humidifier again worked great ... this time for two days before it stopped releasing the mist and stopped working. This time it came with an added bonus ... it leaked all over the place and ruined the baby's new dresser. What a piece of junk! And it wasn't cheap either!

I admit that I got this because it was cute and reviews of the other colors were basically good. I have yet to find any humidifier without a downside, and this one has ones that I can live with. On the up side, it is cute, is a good capacity for a nursery (so you don't have to haul a heavy reservoir for no good reason), and is unbelievably quiet. On the down side, changing the water is a drippy affair. I've taken to bringing a bowl with me, and just flipping the reservoir into it. I also dump the small amount remaining water in the base in the bowl. (They recommend changing water daily, which you really ought to do with any humidifier to avoid mold.) It's really not any harder than other humidifiers in that respect. It is an awkward shape for refilling. You do have to hold it while filling (there's no flat base), but it fills pretty quickly. My biggest annoyance is actually the light. Our nursery is really dark, and this thing glows like a beacon -- there is a light in the base that shines into the water. It's pretty, but too bright. I molded a piece of tinfoil over the light so it wouldn't shine in the water, though, and that toned it down to a reasonable, nightlight level. Overall, a good size for a nursery, easy to clean, quiet, and I would recommend it.

this thing leaks so much it is incomprehensible that it was ever designed and built. Looks cool, but not so cool to have to wipe floors every time it is filled up with water.
