This stroller is everything I was looking for: lightweight but sturdy, easy to open and close. The compartment underneath is also roomy and it has a snack tray in front. It was the perfect choice for me.

Comments about Umbria Stroller - Moonstone Dot:

The handle on this stroller is way too low, and not adjustable, so it's very uncomfortable pushing baby as you have to lean way over--hard on the back and neck. Also, there is a bar at the bottom between the rear wheels that is in a terrible position so that it gets in the way of your stride when you walk and try to push--and I am not a tall person with a long stride! I am hoping the company will allow me to return this stroller.

Comments about Umbria Stroller - Moonstone Dot:

Over all construction is great but it is more for a doll than a real baby.
The front wheels will not move with my 11 month old in the seat and he barely fits in the seat. I thought I was getting a great bargain with the price and look of this stroller but I got taken. I'll never be able to use this tiny stroller.

Comments about Umbria Stroller - Moonstone Dot:

We purchased this stroller to have a little convenient travel stroller for a trip to NYC. It is really cheap and poorly constructed, the handle was too low for an average sized adult (I am only 5'5"). I had to lean forward to push the stroller and the wheels and steering were stiff and rickety I almost pushed my son head over heels from riding over the tiniest crack in a sidewalk.
It felt unsafe and made me feel very unhappy for the duration of our trip.
I feel bad even donating it to goodwill as I don't think it is a safe product for anyone to own.

Comments about Umbria Stroller - Moonstone Dot:

We purchased this stroller for a trip that we were going to be taking, but after putting it together found that there were a lot of things that we didn't like about it. It seems less sturdy, the tray doesn't connect well, the front wheels don't turn well and it's hard to push/control.
Spend your money on something else.

Comments about Umbria Stroller - Moonstone Dot:

I bought this as a replacement lightweight stroller. I tested it in the store, and thought it would do for the price. The box says up to 35 pounds, and my 13 month old is only 22, so I thought it would be great. Unfortunately, when you read the instructions INSIDE the box, it says not to use if the seat back is below the middle of the child's head. So, now it is technically not safe for me to use. And, honestly, I bought this for our 4th baby, and ALL of my kids are on the smaller side of the height/weight charts. So, don't think I just have big kids or something! :)
Another problem for me is that the steering is REALLY bad. Even when I can devote both hands to driving, I have trouble getting the wheels to go where they should.
Bottom line is that I went with this because of the price, but I wish I'd kept my money and put it toward something better. Even at twice the price, you are still getting a pretty good deal.

Comments about Umbria Stroller - Moonstone Dot:

I bought this stroller while on vacation, when my previous stroller (different kind) broke. I was looking for a product with great value (low price, good quality, great features). I found all these things in the [...] stroller. It is compact and folds up for easy storage, and has good storage space, as well as a canopy for shade. The only thing I don't like is that the wheels sometimes get stuck going different directions when I try to back up then go forward in a different direction. (Though I wonder if this means I just attached the wheels incorrectly??) The stroller functions just fine going forward in a straight line. Overall, this is a great stroller and I would recommend it!
