I use this pad on my son's toddler bed, which is odd-sized, bigger than a regular crib mattress but not quite a twin. This pad works great because it's not fitted so I can position it right under my son, and it's big enough that it will catch the leaks even when my son moves in his sleep. It's soft and padded, doesn't slip and doesn't bunch under the sheets, doesn't crinkle - works better than other pads I've tried (like Carter's keep me dry).
