We used this travel playmat for our family vacation to the Caribbean. At the time, my son was almost 6 months old. This play mat kept Jack entertained while I was busy preparing breakfast or lunch. It was great to have something to put him in that wasn't the cold floor.

This playmat fit into a large suitcase, but could feel bulky/large if you were traveling with a medium or small suitcase. Of course, it's perfect if you don't need to fly to your vacation.
